For food, we ordered stuffed bell peppers, bruschetta, and a squash flatbread. The stuffed peppers were my favorite—sweet, tangy, crunchy, and beautifully presented. The squash flatbread was delicious and highly recommended. The bruschetta was good, but both the bruschetta and flatbread were quite heavy on cheese.
We’d definitely go back, but next time we’d opt for lighter cheese options—especially if you’re not a big cheese person.
Dessert menu looks interesting but we didn’t have the appetite so skipped it.
The ambience was fantastic—warm, inviting, and just lively enough to feel fun without being too loud. We chose to sit outside on the front patio, which was beautifully lit and perfect for enjoying the evening.
Food and drinks came out quickly, and everything we ordered was delicious. It ended up being the perfect spot for a relaxed girls’ night out. Great service, great atmosphere, and a great find overall. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
One friend had booked a reservation in advance, which I recommend doing. Upon arrival, we were immediately taken to be seated, even though we were 15 minutes late. The hostess was very gracious and said the crowds can make traffic hard (there was some event/festival going on and Main Street was pedestrian-only). We had to park super far away and speed walk! It was completely worth the trip, but I do advise reserving a spot, especially if there’s an event going on. We saw some non-reserved people get turned away from Bella Vino since they weren’t allowing walk-ins until 8pm that particular night. Not sure if it was due to how many reservations they had already or due to the crowds/event.. but either way.
Bella Vino is a tapas-style restaurant, meaning that the food is appetizer-like. Very sharable, and the plates just come as they are ready. Our table got some wine, the fondue (pictured), the crab dip, calamari, and we each got some pasta too. I had the tortellini which was FABULOUS! My husband had the chicken marsala– He said the pasta was phenomenal but the chicken was unfortunately super dry. Our server, Hailey (..Hayley? Hailee?), was delightful. Very attentive and helpful, as most of us had never visited before.
Our group had an amazing time here and I would highly recommend. The bathrooms were clean and the staff all seemed polite and knowledgeable. The building itself is old and full of character! The stairs were a little cramped and steep, but our table area upstairs was roomy and comfortable! The ambiance was a perfect “charming-small-town-autumn” and I would come back again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Bella Vino!
Food and wine is great .. must visit in the area ..
