10 out of 10! The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was laid back and very nice. The waiter recommended a few things and we took him up on that! I ordered a certain martini and they were out of that type of alcohol so I chose a different one. I wasn’t dissapointed, the other choice was amazing. Once desert came the manager brought over that first martini I tried to order and said it was on the house. That she wanted us to get the full experience. It was amazing! It’s not about the free martini, it’s about the service that was above and beyond, the smiles and the memories along with it. We will definitely be back!!

Super cool place. It was our first time experiencing fondue. If you go with the Classic meal, you’ll get your money’s worth. Our server, Stephanie, was very accommodating and friendly. We chose the deep fry and cast iron options. It was almost sensory overload, lots going on. The cast iron was really smokey most of the time. The best part was the dessert. If we ever go back, it will be for dessert only.

Simply wonderful! My boyfriend made reservations for a 7 o’clock birthday dinner at Simply Fondue and we both had a great time! The dinner rush hit hard and our server was sat 3 times before we arrived, but the hostess was exceptional! She helped get us seated and comfortable while the Chef Manager delivered our water.Everyone worked together as a team on a busy night to ensure we were taken care of. And the server was great! He had worked there for 4 years and knew the menu very well and was nice enough to offer to take our picture at the end of the evening. He’s probably seen a million date nights and still made a point to make ours special!

Service was excellent! Very accommodating for our allergies and provided substitutes for anything we couldn’t have. However we were brought out bread that was not gluten free once, however it was quickly taken away and replaced with gluten free bread. Make sure to double check the food you receive before eating, but other than that, awesome food and service!

My family and I went out for a night on the town as an end of summer break blow out and Simply Fondue disappointed. We arrived earlier than our reserved time and they were able to sit us right away. This was certainly appreciated. Our waitress seemed friendly but also seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. She explained the menu then returned in just a couple of minutes for our order. With so many choices we felt very rushed. My young daughter wanted to record the fondue being made. Our waitress insisted she not be in any photos or video because she “wasn’t on social media for the moment”. We can understand the personal choice but it felt rude and unnecessary to tell a ten year old this. They offer an early dinning price online. Apparently to receive the price they advertise you have to ask for it. This felt like a lie. The restaurant offers a special price but if you don’t ask for it or simply didn’t know they change you more? This doesn’t make me feel very appreciated as a customer. We won’t be returning.

My fiancé took me to Simply Fondue after proposing. Our waiter, Jose, made our experience one we will never forget. All of his meal suggestions were absolutely delicious. He brought us champagne and a beautiful cheesecake dessert at the end of the evening for us to celebrate. He had even googled how to make a rose out of a strawberry, which turned out as a beautiful topping on the cheesecake. Thank you, Jose, for making our evening perfect!
