I was really hungry after working late last night and wanted to grab a quick meal so I stopped by McDonald’s to get the fish filet sandwich. When I got home and took a bite i immediately spit it out because it was sour tasting tartar sauce. When I opened the sandwich I realize it was orange. So I called them and said the tartar sauce was sour and the employee said that’s how it tastes ♀️ that’s where my 1 star is never going back up. Then I said but it’s orange. He then said I needed to bring it back for a replacement. I said ok but I will be back tor a refund because I will not support this. Don’t get people sick

What more can you say about mcdonald’s they shut off the app and wouldn’t honor our online order. And I know it’s hard to find employees. But I think they got one person cooking french fries one french fry at a time. 45 minutes inline waiting. One good thing the employee opened the door so my padna could use the restroom.

I’m in line waiting for them to take my order. No one else is there another car pulls up in lane one they take his order and he goes to the window to pick it up. They still haven’t taken my order. What the hell is going on with this place, and I’m talking to the guy and he saying wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute and then takes the other guys order.

Stood at counter for awhile before I said “excuse me….. excuse me” the kitchen help looked at me but the two employees in front of me completely ignored me. I believe one was a manager. Very unprofessional . At least acknowledge the customer
