Came here with my family for ice cream. Second time here. Today I ordered I’ve cream and did not like the flavor. I asked for another flavor and was told I had to purchase it. I literally threw the first ice cream away, Infront of cashier and had to buy another one. A little customer service goes a long way. Could have just replaced it.
