What was originally a small issue with my food request became a corporate complaint about the employee culture. The workers chose to gossip and give attitude in front of me instead of resolving my issue. I have a medical condition that makes me ill if I don’t eat on time. I’m more than disappointed with my experience here and would recommend you don’t visit.

Large Panera with good service and great reasonable prices (for 2023). Unfortunately the microwave broke and has not been replaced. I noticed this situation at another PB. Apparently PB has decided once they fail not to replace them. It was always nice to heat up your food and microwaves are dirt cheap so a really dumb decision by the bean counters at corporate.

The food is delicious and the service is great. There seems to always be something new to try on the menu too. Depending on the time of day, this location can be hard to find parking. But there is free hour parking available. Located in the heart of Bakery Square, there are some unique shops nearby which makes a trip here worth finding a parking spot.

I placed a large bagel/pastry order three days in advance. I got a text at 7:15 that it was ready, but it was not. I waited in the store until 8:00am until it was finally done. There was no staff at all. If a store cannot handle advance orders, then they should not take them. Definitely do not recommend this Panera for large orders…
