Waited 55 minutes for food. They brought my sister’s roll but nothing for me. Waited another 10 minutes and still nothing foe me or the rest of my sisters. She paid for her roll and asked the have the rest of to go. We waited and waited. They through it out. They gave her a refund. So I had nothing to eat and she received a refund. Will never go back!!! They weren’t even busy!!!!

The food was decent but small portions for the cost and the service was good although the lady made a point to correct me about what I called the noodles though she knew exactly what I was talking about she told me they didn’t have what I called them but they had whatever they call them. It’s like, “ok I don’t care what they call the noodles and don’t want a lesson.. I just want them instead of rice..and i don’t need an attitude about it.” If it would have been portions worth the money I might go back but I’m sure by the next time I’m even in Hamilton it won’t even be there.

The last 3 times my family and friends went to the food establishment we almost walked out before even getting our food. 1 waitress was handling the whole restaurant. The food is good but pricey. The service just plainly sucks. Not worth it anymore. I will not go back.

Fairly small restaurant but we were the only customers at 9pm. Very clean and quiet atmosphere, excellent service. Food was prepared well and served quite quickly in comparison to other restaurants of this type. Large portions.

Been here three times in the last 4 months. I’m surprised it’s still open. At lunch, there were only a couple of tables with customers other than our table. It’s like this every time we have been there and not just at lunch time. The sushi options are not your normal choices. I have not found a roll I like yet. And I love all varieties of sushi! One waitress brought me a cucumber roll and I asked for an eel and cucumber three times. Another corrects you on EVERYTHING if you say something wrong. It always takes at least 45 minutes to get your food and like I said it’s never been crowded with us there. The food is ok. Just ok. Go to Inori instead. All their food is great!!

It was really good when it first opened but it has gone down hill quickly. The food is horrible now. Very dissatisfied. I thought it would get better, but it continues to be disappointing. We will not be back. The food is poorly prepared. The sauce is watered down and flavorless.

Great place to eat! Friendly staff they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Hibachi and sushi what more do you need will definitely eat there again
