This Subway was spotless and the service was top notch. But when you walk in, it looks like they should have cowboy ribeye up on the menu. I made it simple for the staff like I always do. Whatever sandwich I choose, and if it grows from the soil, put it on there. Vegetables are your friends! You don’t make 6’5″ on meat alone.

I feel like yes, the owner has a sterile personality. She’s not there to necessarily put on a stand up comedy show but, a warmer welcome would be nice. Maybe there’s more to her than anyone knows as to why she is who she is. Store was clean. The older other woman was alright. She seemed to know customer. Asked an officer if he wanted his regular. Our food looked great and tasted fine. I gave it a 3 star because I believe customer service (attitude, the energy in the room), really gives a place its setting. Its cold and blah there. I’ve had more positive welcoming atmospheres at doctor’s offices. I hope someday you can get the world off your shoulders manager of Subway. You only get one shot at life.

Ok, I wanted to talk to the manager on a more personal level to ask her why she’s so sterile. She is just to the point here it is no need to exchange words move on. I feel there’s more to her and she’s being judged unfairly. Yes, I see good in EVERYONE but…Something/someone made her this way. The food was great the older woman who served my daughter and I seemed to know people. (White woman) since it seems to matter. I heard her say, “your usual”?. To a few people. She was alright it appeared with the owner. I just wish I could have a chance since reviews do mean something to me, to actually understand this woman and give her a fair review. One I would feel comfortable with. I read all of these. Based on these, I would not of walked into the place. A racist, angry, dirty, hair in food place. I gave it 3stars because I think the food was good, it was clean and I think there’s more to it all then meets the eye. If you read this owner of subway, I’d like to have a one on one so as I may give you a proper review. Thank you.

I go here because the owner makes sure the place is always clean. The employees are nice and they make my chipotle steak spinach wrap just how I want it every time. So if you want good service and your food done right go to the one on Broadway.

The owner publicly humiliated an employee while I was there today. From what I gathered, he was given a free sub while he worked every day, and he ate the wrong type of thing. She berated him in front of people and the way she speaks to her employees, if I was one, I would have walked out. There was absolutely no reason to speak to anyone that way. I will no longer be supporting this restaurant, but I gave an extra tip to the young guy who made my food. He was respectful and well mannered.

I have gone to the store exactly one time. When I went to pick up an order, I was handed a credit card receipt and told to sign it. Obviously I refused to do that. I was then told that all delivery services have to sign the credit card receipt in order to… prevent theft? When I insisted that I would not be signing the customers credit card receipt, I was told to leave. I did so gladly and promptly reported this to Doordash.
There is not a single reason where a store would insist on someone signing someone elses receipt. It is INCREDIBLY concerning and I recommend not ordering from this store, or at least watching your bank statements after ordering.

I got a sandwich and it was good until I found a long piece of hair in it. I called back, not expecting a refund or anything. I just wanted to let them know. The woman who answered immediately said bring the sandwich back ( as if I didn’t throw it away) I then told her I just wanted them to know. She said Oh okay well It happens.

Really like this subway location. Very clean and recently renovated location in a cool historic building. Friendly employees and fast service. Only down side was my cookies were just a bit undercooked.

It’s really hit or miss here. First time I went home raving about how clean and modern it looked. Seems like every other time I go, the rudeness of the employees keeps me from enjoying it like my first trip. Still worth it, food is always good.

The owner is a black woman who only hires whites so she can treat them like dirt. She herself admited that she had 52 people quit in 2015. That’s 1 person a week. She is a racist against whites and deserves to lose her business license. Do not eat here. Worst Subway ever.
