Service was great! We ordered a regular coffee, sugar cookie latte, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a pancake wrap. Sandwich was a good size, just need some type of sauce to go with it to make it a great sandwich. The pancake wrap was good but fairly small. Donuts look good, but we didn’t get any today. Sandwiches run at $4-5, the wraps mid $2. A dozen assorted donuts runs $12.

We enjoyed getting a cold, delicious ice cream on a very hot day! So many different flavors! It was great to sit on couch seating to relax while eating the ice cream! They were also careful since our daughter has an allergy to peanuts.

I have ordered from here 7 times since opening. There’s a few times we get donuts for the whole family and they always mess up what I selected, but whatever, usually good. Every single time I’ve ordered the chocolate cream powdered donut, they give the Bavarian or vanilla. I tried one last time today with my order and once again, VANILLA. It’s really not THAT big of a deal, but 7 times.. 7 times.. I’ve paid my money to not get something that I ordered. So at this point, I won’t be trying again. Its not hard to tell a customer – sorry, you are out of something. I doubt it is that case every single time.. they just don’t care.

I have visited three times and ordered the same drink all three times. The first visit my drink was amazing (the reason I returned) service was ok. The second time the drink was ok, the service was friendlier. The third time the drink was ok again but tasted different for a third time and the employee did not obviously want to be there. I will not return.

Donuts were not fresh and frosting was too thick and pasty. Regular coffee was regular tasting and it all felt unexceptional and the odd Baskin Robbins counter made little sense and the atmosphere was stringent and medicinal with white walls clear glass entrance, 5 white bistro tables and a small 4 person coffee table with mini ottoman seats.

I used to love Dunkin’, but they always overblend the frozen coffees to the point where they’re not even frozen anymore and always add whipped cream even though I order without it because I have an allergy. Every time I bring it up, there’s always a back and forth instead of just remaking the drink the way I payed for it. Very frustrating.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen of the glazed with chocolate on top. When I got home I went to eat one and they had given me the chocolate, chocolate ones. I called up there to let them know I got the wrong order and I pretty much just received attitude and she informed me that maybe the GM will give me a call tomorrow. Still have not received a call. Terrible customer service.

Want to start by saying this is the first time that the drink I ordered was slightly incorrect and it probably was just a reading error. Still want to bring it to attention just so that employees recognize the difference in the future, in case a more rude person has this mistake happen! I ordered an iced cappuccino with French vanilla and received a blended cappuccino with French vanilla and whipped cream instead. It was still good, but it wasn’t necessarily what I had ordered. Thought I would leave this here instead of saying something in person so as to not make anyone feel bad. It’s just a slight difference, but still is more of a shake texture than the iced drink I ordered.
