I wanted to delete my old review and make a new one because the coffee I’ve received the last few visits has been amazing. Fresh, hot, perfect mix of cream and sugar. I enjoy looking forward to a good cup of coffee on my days off from here now. It’s great to bring my friends here now before we go out and do things on the weekends! Oh, and the pup cup my good boy gets everytime we go is always A+ and he never complains

The food, drinks, and service at this location have been very inconsistent. Even with simple orders, items are sometimes incorrect or missing. I always stop in hoping for a smooth experience, but it hasn’t been very reliable so far. I really hope to see some improvement because I normally enjoy Dunkin’ and want this location to do better.

Service was great! We ordered a regular coffee, sugar cookie latte, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a pancake wrap. Sandwich was a good size, just need some type of sauce to go with it to make it a great sandwich. The pancake wrap was good but fairly small. Donuts look good, but we didn’t get any today. Sandwiches run at $4-5, the wraps mid $2. A dozen assorted donuts runs $12.

Elijah had great customer service! He was a very silly goofy nice kinda guy. He deserves all the love and raises! He made me and our friends night and was very friendly and showed us a great way to order matcha and even made sure we like it! Ask for Elijah

Super impressed with this location because we came to the drive-thru shortly before their Closing Time and still got freshly made and very tasty coffee and a doughnut served with very professional interaction by the drive-thru staff ! I’d like to add that the host was very patient with me when in my haste I overlooked the bag they had already handed to me (already in the car with my donut in it) and I was asking them to please hand me my donut and claiming they hadn’t given it to me yet !! The gentleman working the drive-thru got me back on track in a very gracious manner! 5 gold stars!

Usually I love this Dunkin but the same person has forced me to go elsewhere. As they are standing at the counter doing their makeup and ignoring my car at the drive through. I waited for 4 minutes. And then left.

Had I rated the ice cream yesterday it would have got a 1 star. The taste was great. However when you pay 4.99 for a scoop it should be a scoop. There was barely any on it, and it was tiny. The service was excellent today. Yesterday, the guy asked for our 4 times, and we sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes without him saying a word for about 4-5 minutes of it. Finally he just said, pull around. Today the lady was training someone and she was amazing and a scoop was a scoop, and much more worth the money spent.

Want to start by saying this is the first time that the drink I ordered was slightly incorrect and it probably was just a reading error. Still want to bring it to attention just so that employees recognize the difference in the future, in case a more rude person has this mistake happen! I ordered an iced cappuccino with French vanilla and received a blended cappuccino with French vanilla and whipped cream instead. It was still good, but it wasn’t necessarily what I had ordered. Thought I would leave this here instead of saying something in person so as to not make anyone feel bad. It’s just a slight difference, but still is more of a shake texture than the iced drink I ordered.

I used to love going to Dunkin’ Donuts. Things started to go downhill, and I’m afraid they are close to reaching rock bottom. The donuts were so-so. The hash browns (the six you get) looked like they were cooked in old oil. They were not crispy and golden brown, but rather a sad, chewy, oily brown color. To add insult to injury, I was charged $0.50 for a cup of water. I can understand if you are not buying anything, but for a customer who is getting Coffee, Donuts, a sandwich, and Hash Browns, a cup of tap water should be free. I rated the service one star because no service worker should serve a customer substandard Hash Browns to save the establishment a few cents. This is a textbook example of a business killing the Golden Goose.

These donuts are so sad. The filled ones do not have even a bite’s worth of jelly/cream. The frosting was also almost non existent, they put more sugar on some donuts than the amount of frosting they use for others. Very sad indeed.
