Really friendly staff. Food is good, however. If you order online make sure your order is complete when you pickup. Extra sauce and such doesn’t seem make it in the bag, even if paid for. Computer snafu.

I live within walking distance from this runza and everytime I come here they always get my order wrong. We always ask for a double cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles only. My boyfriend is severely allergic to onions and every single time they put onions on it. It’s the only fast food that’s by my house without having to go on O street. I’m so disappointed with every trip.

Great little fast food drive thru in a friendly neighborhood. I either order the Mushroom Swiss Burger or the Double Cheeseburger (no mayo) meal. Frings are the best of both worlds and the french onion dip is tasty.
