Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

Runza is a great restaurant. This little location is great for a take home meal. It service to the neighborhood is wonderful. They are trying to stay open with all the street work. Don’t let the construction hold you back. Give them your business. During the warmer weather it is fun to enjoy the picnic tables.

40th and Randolph is less then Ideal when I come to represent Nebraska this location is cold and not even close to Nebraskan Hospitality. The drive thru person was so blah and didn’t give me a receipt upon transaction she quickly closed the window. The hospitality died at this location even when the roads are closed not even busy. I worked at Runza and this has got to be the worst experience again at this location. Granted I give them the benefit of the doubt that working at a restaurant is stressful, but my order was simple and even simple enough they just weren’t there in time. Please represent with your customers because it creates the impression.

I went through the drive thru on 40th and Randolph. I had to repeat my order, of 3 meals, multiple times. After finally making it to the window, while waiting for my card back, I could hear them clear as day making fun of the way I talk.(due to a slight studder when having to repeat myself as many times as I did.) Causing me to feel extremely uncomfortable, upset, and Self conscious. But what made it all worse was when I got home, and took my first bite of my bacon cheese burger. RAW BACON. Yes! Raw bacon. And to top it all off the onion dip for my frings. It didn’t smell right when opening it. Tried it out of wishful thinking. Poor. Very poorly placed wishful thinking. The onion dip they had givenme had obviously gone bad.. I am honestly just so disappointed.

This restaurant no matter how busy there are, there quick and friendly… foods always perfect and there sum of the best when it comes to service… their was line around the building as well quite a few outside and within 10 mins all was served and out happily served. This store is 100% always on point.

Aubrie was extremely polite at the runza on 48th and Randolph. I wasn’t sure what to order because I haven’t been for years. She was so nice and helped me to decide. I went with the Swiss mushroom and it didn’t disappoint. Thank you sweetheart. Your hospitality will have me back again soon!
