Workers are really friendly. Post covid, there is no dining room service, drive thru only. The main complaint is that occasionally, our order is short or something is mislabeled. Which is all no the end of the world and if it is something that they can fix they absolutely will. P.S. we only go at breakfast and usually have a large order.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and they were supposed to have been open and they are told me that they cannot serve me food because they are closed. This time there was person Infront of us served food as we were turned away. I highly recommend you update your store hours or make sure your employees are following them.

Been going to this Taco Bell since 2011, and it’s very consistent with it’s inconsistency. You get two different types of products from this location: exactly what you ordered or half of what you ordered. I have ordered the Chalupa Cravings Deal from here over 10 times, with no lettuce or tomato, and you either get it without lettuce at all, or filled to the brim with it. They mark the boxes with lettuce/no lettuce, but the food seems to go into the wrong boxes. It’s quite amazing, I even think my 9 year old cousin could do it correctly. They even found a way to put lettuce into the 5 Layer Burrito, a burrito which quite literally is supposed to have 0 lettuce in it. When they are firing on all cylinders, it can be a good restaurant, but when they’re off, it’s like a bad car crash.

Well can’t say I’m happy with my order because the person that did my order didn’t listen to my order and of course screwed it up 08-03-21. Went for supper at Taco Bell and ordered food was not made right so had to go back to replace what wasn’t made right only to be treated horrible by an employee Billy she was very rude slamming the Drive-through window so very unprofessional.
