This restaurant chain is most famous for its salad bar. You can choose the salad bar as your entree or as an add-on. A large menu selection consisting of steak, chicken, and seafood entrees as well as less expensive pasta, burger, and handheld selections They have freshly made fruit teas and lemonades as well as selection delicious alcoholic drinks. They have plenty of staff working but the General Manager Tasha can do it all. Everyone is very friendly but Tasha was the best. She recommended downloading the Ruby Tuesday and I got the endless salad bar add-on for free. It is the only decent restaurant in Pocomoke City that is open past 8pm.

I asked for my steak to be cooked rare and it was not. My husbands burger and fries where both burnt .
My hickory bourbon chicken was dry. Terrible
All together we spent $55 for just us two doing a Pick up not a dine in. That’s ridiculous.

Honestly all together staffing here has always been rude and we always are waiting way too long . Throughout the years this place is slowly diminishing . I’m surprised this location has not been closed yet. Somebody from corporate should make a surprise visit and see how they are representing Ruby Tuesday. This should be 0 stars nothing more.

Hands down one of the best bartenders/servers I’ve ever had!
Emaya was super friendly, fast, and made sure our drinks were always perfect. She had great energy, checked on us without hovering, and made the whole experience fun. You can tell she really loves what she does — definitely made our night! We’ll 100% be coming back just to sit in her section again.

If you ever get the chance to have Emaya as your bartender or server, DO IT! She’s seriously the best — super friendly, funny, and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. The drinks were perfect, the service was fast, and the vibe she brings just makes the whole experience better. You can tell she loves what she does because she’s always smiling and checking in to make sure you’re good. Every time I come in and she’s working, I know it’s gonna be a good night! Definitely 10/10

Tasha and Carolina are absolutely amazing managers! They both go above and beyond to support their team and make sure everything runs smoothly. They’re professional, understanding, and always willing to lend a hand when things get busy. The salad bar deserves its own mention. Fresh, crisp, and well-stocked, it had everything you’d want — crunchy vegetables, flavorful toppings, and dressings that were clearly rotated often. It’s one of those things that makes Ruby Tuesday stand out compared to other casual dining spots.
The service was excellent. My server, Tally, was attentive, upbeat, and on point with timing — checking in at the right moments and offering great menu suggestions. It felt like she genuinely cared about making sure the experience was smooth and enjoyable.
And then there’s the leadership. Tasha, the General Manager, stopped by to check in, which really showed a strong commitment to hospitality. Her presence and professionalism set the tone for the entire restaurant, and you can tell her team works well under her guidance.

The food was delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I highly recommend the Garden Bar, which had a wide variety of crisp veggies, toppings, and dressings. My entrée came out hot and perfectly cooked, and the portion size was generous. The burger I ordered was juicy and packed with flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy.

I have never been more appalled at the service than I was here tonight. The server took forever to take our drink order and then took forever to bring us our drinks. She was so impersonal and never came back to make sure that the food was good or see if the drinks needed to be refilled. The couple behind us had to ask another server to get ours so we could get to-go boxes and our checks and then the staff had to go searching for our server. While the food was hot and decent, the service was atrocious and I highly doubt I’ll be dining here again. Unfortunately, the server was standing over us while we paid with card so we couldn’t leave the tip we wanted which would have been absolutely nothing. Instead, this sorry excuse for a waitress got a 15% tip.
