I’ve never been a fan of chain restaurants but they did pretty good. There were 7 of us and we all ha different meals. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. The entrees came out in an appropriate amount of time and together except one one, mine. When it did come out it was hot and looked very nice. It tasted pretty good too. Very enjoyable.

Not a very good experience today at the Ruby Tuesday. Ordered food and one appetizer waitress brought out dinner first and said is there anything else we can get you and I said my appetizer would be great oh yeah she said. Never came back to ask if we needed a refill of water which I was charged for as unsweetened tea. All the wait staff hang out by the kitchen door in a booth and chat instead of coming to check on their patrons. How do you expect a decent tip with service like this.

Food was hot and very decent. I received my food before I even had my drink. Finished my hole meal and was never checked on once. Watched wait staff put new place setting and utensils on unclean tables. Three or four table sat dirty the entire time I was there. I was prompted to give 30% tip. When did 20% become not enough. I over herd the manager tell a customer the the Coleslaw was bad and they were unable to serve it. At 6 pm no baked potatoes were available. Manager was wearing untucked dirty t shirt, dirty pants and was sweating profusely. When did a respectful company start allowing branches to be so miss managed. Not a single staff member carried themselves like a professional. Who ever is the district and regional manager of this rubbys should be ashamed.

Salad Bar was awesome! Drinks were good! Only “bad” thing was they put some shredded cheese on the mozzarella sticks but didn’t melt it. Definitely a better experience than last time!

My family and i visited this location while on vacation. The restaurant closed at 11 we got seated at 9 . The waitress had a very nasty attitude . Understandable they are ready to go but you can serve people better . Rolling your eyes and repeatedly saying you ready to go or asking other coworkers what time is it is rude . I order a drink and watch it sit there for 20 mins she brought other drinks over. After i said i no longer wanted. My boyfriend ask her to make it again . Then she spent the rest of the evening cleaning up and we had to ask her for things multiple times . I’m not sure if they are not use to business or a lot of customer but over the customer service was HORRIBLE . They were so focus on the drunk customers then us . So i will not be back visiting again .

The employees were running in and out the back door-so much noise like they were having a party. I ordered ribeye medium well with mushrooms. I believe it was sirloin well well done that I got without the mushrooms. My son ordered chicken Parmesan-chicken -tough. Very disappointed!

It was the worst service I have ever had took awhile to be seated. Then the waitress shows up talking and texting on her phone while talking our orders. Gets my order wrong I order mushroom smash burger got avocado burger I hate avocado i eat it anyway because I just wanted out of there. Then come time to pay we had gotten charged for coke when we hadn’t got one. Maybe the waitress shouldn’t be texting on her phone Maybe they would get the ordered right. This just Happened we where at table 90 at 2:15 I will never go back there again

The food was excellent, no issues there. Service was excellent. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired considering opening time was an hr ago. Bathroom floor was sticky. The booth had spillage drops on the wall. It just felt very dark making menu’s hard to read. Booth benches were uncomfortable the way the material stuffing forced into bad posture.

Well after waiting for the server to remove liquor bottles from above the bar and hangout with her friends, we got seated. Couples in front of me took them 8-10 minutes to be seated and they were talking about it. Service was fast and delicious. The conversation of employees sitting at the rear table was not kid friendly. You name the words, it happened. Didn’t need to hear about those conversations. So, dinner was fast and took the rest to go. Conversation etiquette needs to be addressed.

The service was absolutely atrocious. Our waitress disappeared, and no one came to help us. We had to find them. No one ever apologized. I have never said this before, but do NOT waste your time or money:)
