i have always enjoyed subway as a inexpensive alternative to some of the other sandwich shops. If you are smarter you will get the app so you can get points for your purchases AND catch all their specials such as BOGO and 3.99 6” and the daily deals too. i like the wraps and the salads to but it’s hard to ignore the specials

I usually really enjoy my experience at this Subway as they normally have young, energetic, and personable workers to serve you. But this visit was cringy . Now I’m not even like those wyt women that are overly demanding and ‘kare’ too much, I did’nt ask for the manager but I got her . She made my two subs like a drill sergeant. I asked for a few more black olives and she refused to add any more and began to cite the company policy: 6 olives are allowed per 6″! I questioned the practice of being so precise with each topping and was told that they have a quantity limit on everything and she ALWAYS strickly FOLLOWS IT. She is the head of quality control I guess . But here is the real sticker, she uses her tiny hands as the unit of measure! In addition, the app (how I ordered) said they did not have a certain cheese that I wanted on my subs but I arrived during the process (obviously ) and when I saw that they had them, she refused to switch out the type of cheese on my sub because she had already started putting on the toppings . I will probably go back to this location because it’s so close to home but I WILL NOT get a sub made by Sergeant Control Freak again.

Subway corporate should really address the issues at this location. 90% of the employees are horribly rude. We order online to avoid them, but they’re so slow that even if we do it a half hour ahead of time there is a wait, for very poorly made sandwiches by subways standards. The redhead is especially awful, she never shuts up, talking about herself or how much she hates her job or is and I quote “so stressed because it’s busy” while we’re there ordering, and argued with customers about what they were ordering. For instance, a woman ahead of me ordered a tuna sandwich the girl kept talking about herself and meandering around then asked the woman to repeat herself to which she said “tuna” the redhead said “no, you didn’t say tuna” to which the woman just looked back at me exasperated and said “okay”. Another example, one employee was treating the store like her own personal daycare, her own kids running everywhere, the workers (redhead girl included) were shouting at the kids and barely making the sandwiches as only one was actually behind the counter (I ordered online about 15 minutes prior) I waited maybe 10 minutes standing there completely unacknowledged as children sprinted across the floor in front of me, then the worker behind the counter silently handed me my sandwiches and I left.

After years of going to Jersey Mike, I saw a coupon buy a 6-in getter 6 in free. I reluctantly tried and was sadly disappointed. It was literally almost no meat on the sandwich. The meat that was there was awful and the bread was chewy and actually nasty reminded me of the entires. I really don’t know how Subway stays in business.

I go to this place a lot because I live really close by. Most of the time I get great service. This happened last week and then a week before that almost the same thing happened. The red head with glasses is super nice but does not seem how to do her job well and usually complains about being by herself and wanting a new job. I asked for extra pickles and she only put maybe 6 on as extra. I’m usually not a person to complain but the week before we had the same girl and when my friend asked for mustard she put way to much on my friends sandwich and then asked “do you want more?” I still go to this location but the red head definitely does not give the best service.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My son and I stopped here to get dinner. The girl with the red hair and glasses is so rude and unprofessional. She basically threw her hands up at me, like to hurry us up, and when I proceeded to call her out on her rudeness she kept giving me excuses on why she was being rude. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone. She needs to get customer service training because she lacks and should not treat customers the way she treated us tonight. Ordered from the Subway app, #20 ELITE Chicken Bacon Ranch, but what I received seems more like the lower middle class CBR. Basically, a lettuce and onion party between that bun. Shrinkflation hitting even the “Elite” these days.
Girlfriend ordered the Subway Club at $4 less, and the meats were flowing. Well made.

11/18/23 the girl with orange hair and glasses that was working alone around 6 pm was extremely slow and very confused on her job and didnt seem to know what she was doing and claimed she had only been there 2 months and just did not have a strong understanding. This girl kept complaining very loudly to customers about her job and how much she hates it and wants to quit and kept asking everyone who had a job and if they could get her an application after telling us her mom was the manager. This girls attitude was extremely poor and made us feel like a burden and very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very terrible work ethic from this girl. Very disappointed

Wanted to just grab a quick kids meal for my daughter, and the redhead working by herself appeared to not handle stress well as more customers walked in. She appeared confused and not certain of much. When other customers asked questions, every answer contained the word corporate in it. She also shared how no one should work at a subway. One couple walked out after they overheard her saying she was sick, while sniffling making a sandwich. This was all very cringe.
