I have ordered two times atleast and it has taken twice as long as it said. They say it’s due to be short staff but I feel like that’s just an excuse. And it has been cold every time. I have ordered garlic sauce and it has been dumped all over. The pizza is good but the service is terrible!!!

We ordered pizza on Monday and Ermanos is usually our go to,but they were closed. This was our first order with Romeo’s.I was surprised their Tuscan pizza and sandwiches were comparable to Ermanos. The pizza and the godfather sandwich were really good.They were very fresh. The chocolate chip cookies were warm and cooked to perfection. The lady who assisted with my order on the phone then delivered my order. I was really impressed with her great customer service skills. My order got here in half the time I was expecting.This is def our new go to pizza joint in town. Keep up the great work Romeo’s!

Unfortunately this was the first time ordering from here and was not satisfied with our order. I ordered 8 piece wings two large pizza, bread sticks, pop, and a salad. The wings looked like it was scraps from the bottom of a bag. They forgot my salad. We were called from the shop at 714pm and told our food was on the way but it did not show up till after 8pm. Unfortunately do to that the food was not hot. I understand staffing issues but when told your food is on the way and you don’t get it until 45mins later that is just bad business. Also the manager told me when I called in that they have had quality issue with the wings if this is a known issue then they should make sure wings should not be sold….. I do appreciate the managers help on getting the missing salad out to me, and she was very nice…. once again little disappointment in the over all experience.

Ordered an Italian sub it came smothered in ranch dressing and ordered cheesey bacon joes minus bacon. Came with bacon. Called at 7:05 Was told the replacement would be delivered in 15 minutes 30+ minutes later I called at 7:39 and they said 15 minutes longer said they would comp the 2 incorrect items. 20 + mins later still no food . Will not be ordering or recommending them to fam and friends. Sad. Was expecting better service… Food finally arrived at 8:06 but sub was cold and joes (potatoes) not cooked still raw.

They have forgotten our sides of ranch a few times and gave us normal crust instead of thin crust. I can imagine they are busy and like everyone else have lack of help. The food was fresh, hot, and good. Happy to have them back! We had the large one topping, hot wings, cinnamon bread sticks very good!

Pizza is the best in town, but when I try to order for lunch while at work, they are half an hour late despite me calling 2 hours in advance. I told them specifically that I get a half hour break and that I can’t have it be that late, but it’s happened twice now. No more delivery orders from me anymore.

Ordered twice since they opened. It has been very good both times. Love the caramelized onions and the pineapple actually tastes like pineapple. My husband is not a fan of pizza but he’s on his 4th piece.

I looked foward to Romeo’s trying another location in Louisville but this one is even worse than before. No toppings sauce or cheese. Salad was just plan lettuce with a few pepperoni. At other locations there is quite bit of toppings, more so on the “Butchershop”. Here it looked as if a starving empolyee picked our pizzas bare. Maybe a third of the Buffalo chicken slices featured any chicken at all. This was like Dominos in the 80’s and 90’s with the same chewy cardboard crust with nothing on it…
