I was hoping to get some breakfast at the Jack n Box here at South King st x Maccully location but store was still closed. This was at 7:45 am. As the sign shows they should’ve been open at 6 am but the door was still tied up with a makeshift lock with the plastic bag. I saw workers inside who saw me inturn but no one came to inform me whether they were opening late. And there wasn’t any sign to say otherwise. This hasn’t been the only time when I’d go for breakfast and they’d still be closed pass 7 am. Maybe they should update the sign if they won’t be following the posted sign on their window.

Horrible experiences. Decided to go through the drive through only about two cars in front of me and took 20 mins. Totally not FAST FOOD. Next time I tried walking in waited more than 10 mins, then the girl taking orders for the drive through sorry be right with you then I waited another 10 mins I just walked out. If I could give a 0 I would. Management needs to step up not sure if they are short hand.

Went to the kakamoko location for a late snack and sat for 5 minutes at the order station with mo reply drove around sat at the window where you pay for another 5 minutes with no one there . They advertize open 24/7 but ive been there on 3 different occasions and have had the same results . Save your selves the disapointment and go to different location.

I sent this to head office as well to complain. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a joke of a place. I never leave horrible reviews and I give people and companies the benefit of the doubt and I was stunned with the horrible experience I received today. The one taking my order I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she’s new. She was asking questions to the supervisor? The supervisor was useless and rude. I asked what was in the chicken wrap as I can’t eat spicy and the supervisor came up to the till, looked away and answered. I ordered 4 wraps and my receipt even says classic. Guess what, the wraps came and it was SPICY. I gave it back to the till lady and she brought it to the kitchen and the cooks got upset and they LITERALLY JUST ADDED RANCH SAUCE and gave it back to me. What a pathetic move. The wrap is STILL spicy. Never have I ever experienced someone just getting annoyed with THEIR OWN MISTAKE and instead of making a new one, they continue to use the old one. I was with 7 people and they were all shocked and stunned. Never am I ever coming here again and if corporate genuinely cares, they need to retrain people or hire people who actually want to work, provide customer service and not tarnish their reputation. What a waste of $40. I’m so shocked with the experience we received today. The till lady also got other people’s requests wrong and it was disregarded. The onion ring was so dry and so gross.

Wanted to use this coupon but got charged the regular price by mistake due to an employee forgetting to input the required code. I also noticed that I had been upcharged for curly fries when I had ordered regular fries. Spoke with the manager immediately after upon looking at my receipt and he casually states that I can use the coupon next time instead of making the correction. Still went home with the order but will not be coming back to this location.
