Typically a go to. Ordered a cinnamon bread last week with extra icing. Did. It receive any icing and received an overcooked, stiff pizza crust. Looks like something I would have in my flower bed. Tried one piece and no thanks. I would think whoever cooked this would have the common sense to realize this is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but come on, really??

‘ in The sauce was yummy! But our thin crust cheese pizza was semi burnt and missing cheese on some of the outer pieces. We also got wings and the pepperoni feast – boys thought there would be more pepperoni, but we would like to try them again. Must say, it was very clean inside when I picked it up!

I would not recommend or will not be ordering from here again! Ordered X Large pizza and wings tonight. The pizza is undercooked and extremely doughy only a few pieces of pepperoni on it and to top it off when we got it home it was separated into 2 boxes and cut apart. We think they may have been out of the proper size box, but next time you should let us know when we come in to pick it up if this was the case. The wings are a nice size but ordered mild and seems like hot was used they are really spicy. If we order again it will be from a different location very disappointed

So I had been a regular customer, points and all. Mind you they have messed up my order several times and I kept going back, the people behind the counter were very nice. Then those people were gone and then the new people who were less friendly messed up my order and then begrudgingly used my reward points, saying that won’t happen again. I ordered again and sure enough they messed up my order so bad the only way to fix it was to remake it and one worker said,”I don’t know why we can’t just throw the other(5toppings) on and reheat it.” Then acted like I was the problem and running their mouths as I sat there waiting another 30mins for my order. They offered to comp my order if I came back the next week. I did and was treated like I was stealing, when i reminded them they would comp it, calling the person who said it was to be comped and having a discussion with them about it. Again running their mouths as I sat there… Louisville, Ohio store is the one I was at. Two for one on Tuesday is a good deal, but NOT WORTH the poor service, poor order execution.

Hands down the best pizza place around! I’ve only had one problem. Not only did they make it right, they gave me 50% off my next order. They were not rude at all. Love this sweet sauce pizza!!!

We used to love the Romeo’s Pizza in Louisville. This new location never gets the orders right. The pies are either over cooked or undercooked, there are usually items missing(3 orders now). Now that some dasher service delivers the orders rather than a Romeo’s Pizza driver the delivery orders are never warm. If you love Romeo’s Pizza like we do, go to the restaurant on Portage St.

I would not recommend this location. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas, one with loaded crust. They were undercooked, neither pizza had an edge crust, and a loaded crust was out of the question.

Called in & ordered 1 large 1 topping pizza at 12:40pm. At 1:40pm, I get a voicemail that they don’t have a delivery driver & aren’t sure how long it could be & that picking it up would be easier…for them, obviously. For me, not so much. At 2:05, a DoorDash driver brings a cold pizza. Almost an hour and thirty minutes for a pizza. They should tell people that they don’t have a driver when calling in. Not an hour later.

We ordered a Buffalo Chicken sub….It was to be delivered. When it was delivered, the box felt very light. I opened it up only to find a sub roll with buffalo sauce! No chicken, no lettuce, tomato, no ranch dressing! Just buffalo sauce and bread! So we had it redelivered and they said it would be 20 minutes. It arrived and no joke— the same thing! No chicken, no lettuce, no ranch dressing! You can’t make this stuff up! See the picture! Get it together Romeos!
