When we walked in it was a great atmosphere the people were so friendly said hi smiled never been treated like that in a bar type restaurant. The only problem I have with it is that they charge 4% for credit card fees. Even if it’s a debit card. So you’re basically being charged 4% to eat there. If you know anything about how restaurants are charged they’re making an additional 4% off your visit

Food and service were ok. Not great nothing to complain about. Didn’t get much just shared a chicken nacho. I would go back and try something else for sure.

Went to RJ’s for the first time. It was a recommendation from a regular customer. We went on a busy Thursday night but the 5 of us were seated right away. The back room gets a little loud when busy but expected at a pub. Very happy we went. Servers were attentive and pleasant. We ordered a deep dish pizza, a beef nacho and a chicken wrap. All excellent! Pizza reminded me of jets but a bit better. I had a bite of the wrap and that was great! The beef nacho took home the prize as the best though. The real deal with melted cheese, not 7Eleven cheese sauce. I need to know what kind of tortilla chips they use! As stated in some reviews I’ve read, they do upcharge on extras so be prepared to pay extra for sides such as ranch. (Which got my wife’s seal of approval!) all in all a great experience and we will be back!! Suggestion to the owner: sell RJ’s merch such as shirts and pint glasses. You have a nice logo;)

My wife and I walked in. There was nobody to great and help seat us. We decided we wanted to sit outside, we had plenty of time to decide on our choices since no one waited on us. I chose the meatball sub or whatever, the menu sold it to me. It was nothing but a disappointment and the service was trash.

My favorite place in Rochester to watch the big game. Standard pub food, nothing is really spectacular in that department outside of the pizza. Atmosphere is what really makes this place awesome. The only knock is they are not open on Sundays which is a huge disappointment to me as I would love to watch my Lions games there.

Omg!! I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to write a review but here I am. This place is SOOOO good! I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal here. I love the atmosphere, the service is great, and the food is sooo good! The pizza was delicious and the chicken sandwich wrap was SOOOOO yummy! I sometimes forget about RJs when my boyfriend and I are deciding a place to eat but after today, I’ll never about them again! 10/10!!

First time in, pizza is made at Sir Pizza (also never had) ordered the deep dish. Good flavor, good amount of toppings, other customers were very friendly . The waitresses were the only real disappointment. Waited at least 15 min before they even noticed me, not because they themselves were busy(all just standing chatting to each other in the corner). I asked if they sold regular lotto and my waitress said no, after she left another couple had overheard and corrected what I was told. I walked up to the bar and purchased a reg powerball lotto. After my drink was gone and I didn’t know where my waitress had disappeared to, I walked up to the bar to get a refil. The waitress came back to my table about 10 min later. She didn’t look like a smoker but maybe that’s were she was for the past 25 min. If I come back I will surly eat at the bar, bartender seemed on top of everyone that sat at the bar.

Place is a staple of the community, the food is good, the atmosphere is lively, but I would recommend take out vs dine in. Dine in experience if your not at the bar is not good. I walked out the last two times I was there because nobody came over and we were a four top. The last time I was in alone I had to wait over twenty minutes for my server to see me but for the same period of time i could see several servers standing at the bar station talking and i am guessing they were not debating on who would service my table. I am pretty patient, my young kids are not and thats why we left the other times, but tend to roll with these issues and chalk it up as part of my dinner time. However, after reading several similar comments with no resolution I would suggesst maybe having a hostess that seats you and take the initial drink order. This way the servers can do what their doing and then come over once the drinks are ready. I am also commenting on my trips this year. The last few years its been the same experience too. If you dine in just add an extra 40 minutes to your allotted dinner time. 20 minutes for when you arrive but then when you need to leave well good luck getting your bill!

Service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy. I had to ask for silverware and condiments. $18.00 for a basic Turkey Rubin and Fries, I won’t be back again.
