wOw ! AJ = A+. Brought my friend for her birthday and could not have had a better experience! She had the eat too much shrimp, I had the crusted flounder. With one exception, the food was great. That being the new coconut “popcorn” shrimp. No comparison to what we’ve been used to & favorite. There used to be a dynamite shrimp offered on the eat too much special that was discontinued. Now another favorite gone. Still a good value.

Had great service from the moment we walked in the door. The food was hot and fresh. The biscuits, as always were delicious. They have the best broccoli of any restaurant. Nancy, our server, was amazingly attentive. The coconut shrimp, scampi and grill shrimp are all delicious. I didn’t care too much for the shrimp on the alfredo, the shrimp needed more seasoning but the alfredo was tasty. I Highly recommend this location!

I have been to this location three times in the last two weeks and I’ve had three different servers; yet my experience has been exactly the same each time. All the servers are extremely friendly and do a stellar job of making each visit just as awesome as the last one. The positive atmosphere at this location has made it my favorite restaurant in Lake Jackson. The food is prepared exactly as you ask for it and to a really high standard. The Langostino lobster-Artichoke-and-seafood dip and the Calamari are fantastic starters. The Ultimate Feast is really good, but I’ve become a fanatic of the “Lobster Lovers Dream”. Every item is made to absolute perfection. The restaurant itself is very clean and the temperature is just right for whatever the weather is outside. They thoroughly clean the tables after each patron leaves. The men’s room and parking lot are also very clean and tidy. The staff takes really good care of this location. I HIGHLY recommend this Red Lobster!! If you want a great meal while surrounded by awesome staff in a comfortable and classy restaurant; then stop in to this Red Lobster in Lake Jackson. A++ service!!

Worst server I have had in a long time. He only had 2 tables, my table with only myself and a table of 4. Had all you can eat shrimp and water. Shrimp refills took forever because my server wouldn’t stop by my table, he would stop at the table of 4. Had to ask for the biscuits and to have my water refilled. Asked for ticket and a refill of water, 4 minutes later, no water. Total bill, $21.65, left $22.00 on table and no refill of water. The servers aren’t a team. I worked as a server and it wasn’t unusual for the manager to walk the floor, refilling drinks.

Haven’t eaten at a Red Lobster in a few years. We decided to go to the Lake Jackson, TX one and have dinner. Service was great and the food came out fast. The food was good and plenty for the serving. Would highly recommend this location.

Tay took amazing care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Never has to ask her for anything. She made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Tay for your outstanding service. You’re AMAZING!!!! The bacon and Mac and cheese could use less bacon. There was way too much bacon and I love bacon.
