I love pizza hut but ever since they moved to peckville , orders have been off , pizza not fully cooked , crust extremely thin .. and now they completely messed up cutting the pizza as seen in the picture… get your stuff together guys

We ordered online. 15 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive i call t find out what was going on. I get told they had been at my house and called. Except nobody called or knocked on my door. The girl insisted on telling me what i did wrong by putting my number in wrong and insisted they were at my house. She hung up on me after making no attempt to resolve how to get my order out. I had to call back and was told once more they were at my house and the number was not on the house. Except my house number is on my porch support beam so it can be read from the porch as well as on my maolilbox. I had recieved delivery from them with no problems on two other occasions. I was then asked if i wanted a refund or my food redelivered. I said redilvered. It took two arguments and a half-hour late delivered

I had placed two separate orders because I had forgotten to add boneless bites to my pizza order. The pizza was a stuffed crust with half mushroom and lite cheese. To say this was the most pathetic pizza I have eaten would be an understatement.

The app had a glitch where I made my order. Go from half pepperoni to just show on pepperoni. So they put pepperoni on the whole entire pizza. Which made it completely half unedible to the rest of my family because they don’t eat pepperoni. And apparently there’s no way for me to get the correct order. Or no compensation on my end whatsoever. No, credits didn’t offer to make the pizza. The way I initially ordered it even when I showed them. How the app was changing my order when I hit finish. Unless I am somehow compensated or given a credit towards. A free pizza, we’ll never be going back to Pizza Hut. I will start going back to the local pizzerias.

Pizza was gross, sauce was to sweet, seasoning on pizza was gross and delivery driver did not follow directions. I asked for contactless and noted don’t ring the bell and driver kept ringing until I answered. Next time I’ll order Domino’s.

4/5/23 Now if you want pan pizza it’s an extra $2, and if you want extra cheese on it it’s an additional $3.50. So $5.50 added to the $12 brings your total to $17.50 for a pizza. I ordered and shed for 2 pan Pizzas online, just to get a call about 5 minutes later that they were out of Pan Pizzas and had to substitute another crust. Didn’t take any money off either, and the pan cost more that the other ones.

Product is great. Delivery is horrible. Driver forgot something or brought wrong item 2 out of 4 times. In general the delivery person I’ve had doesn’t try to provide good customer service. Comes across as a “what’s the least I can do” kind of person. I’ll do only carry out in future. $4,99 delivery fee with a $5.00 tip should inspire an honest effort. If the effort was sincere the mistakes wouldn’t bother me.

I absolutely love Pizza Hut Pizza!!!!! It has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. The only thing I would change about the current situation with it is that I would bring back the all you can eat buffet. That was always an amazing experience for me and it is something I would love to share with my own children.
