Paid $25 for “food” from Pizza Hut and this is what showed up (see photo). They literally put sauce on ONE wing and called it a day. The rest were bone dry and stuck in the box. When I called, the guy actually said he doesn’t give a shit if I leave a review or call corporate.
Their “solution”? A $2 refund. For a $25 meal that looks like this. Absolutely pathetic customer service and zero accountability. If this is what Pizza Hut considers acceptable, I’ll happily take my business anywhere else.

the onlybreason they got 1 star is because 0 is not an option ordered before 9:00pm online the app said they were preparing it and it would be delivered at 9:15 waited until 9:30 to call the store was put on hold for 15 minutes and told to call back in the morning. please do not give them your money we will see they give us a refund tomorrow I guess.

They lied to me. I used a T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon on their app and it worked just fine. When it works on the app, that means everything is ok on their end as well. They tried to lie to me and tell me I still had to pay regular price because the coupon was not working for them, although it clearly was accepted on the app. Do not support locations that lie.

Be very careful ordering from this place! First time they didnt have my order even though it said online order was being prepared. Second time it wasnt ready and I had too wait. But this third time I am done with this place! I ordered 1 pizza online and when I went to pick up they charged me for two! Its just myself and my husband and I would never order 2 pizzas. They charged my card over $53 and they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it. They lost my business for good. We used to love pizza hut but my money is good everywhere else.

Arrived ten minutes after the app said it was expected to be ready, only to be told it needed “2-10 more minutes”. Sat in my car for 10 minutes and they were just finishing it. Headed out with the pizza and noticed the delivery guy parked in front of the handicapped ramp in front of the store. It’s a pretty empty mall lot, but at least don’t stop and block the ramp.
Pizza was undercooked and doughy, I eventually put it in my oven to cook for 10 more minutes and came out crispy. The boneless wings were good though.
I believe it’s a family run business, but it’s pretty consistent with being poor quality, as the reviews show. I usually get Pizza Hut twice a year and otherwise support more local chains.

I love pizza hut but ever since they moved to peckville , orders have been off , pizza not fully cooked , crust extremely thin .. and now they completely messed up cutting the pizza as seen in the picture… get your stuff together guys

I really really wanted to give this place a shot. They’ve forgotten my drink when I ordered for delivery. Forgotten my cheese sticks on delivery and they have no instructions on the app so when I called them to modify the order they didn’t modify even when I told them I ordered online and there were no instructions for me to tell them. Got there and had to wait 20 minutes for my order because I thought they understood on the phone. Even when they forget my drink or food while delivery and I call them back to remind them like hey you forgot this. They said they’ll come right back and I’ve waited 45 minutes. Food is delicious but even domino’s have better services.
