Sean,
I wanted to take this opportunity to
thank you so much for allowing us to have Lindsey’s bridal shower hosted at UVA Ristorante. The inside decor of UVA is so warm & inviting.
Every single detail from the bread and appetizers to the entrees and ending with cannolis for dessert was pure perfection, thanks to your care and effort. I am so grateful to you, Sean and your wonderful team you all worked like a well oiled machine. Please know that I will personally be recommending UVA not only for their mouth watering dinners but for any and all future celebrations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A gift card is responsible for getting us here. Our party of four had a lovely birthday dinner, starting with a fresh Caesar salad and lobster bisque. For entrees we had the whole Branzino, delicious rack of lamb, and the Cajun salmon. For dessert, a brownie ala mode and cannoli’s. Plenty of off-street street parking. Our server was attentive and friendly. A great meal for us first-timers. We will return to sample the fixed price menu, available Tuesday to Thursday.

Last week was the first time I had ever been to Uva Ristorante Italiano in Richboro for dinner. Even though it was a Friday night, the hostess seated us immediately upon entering the restaurant. Their menu features a wide variety of pasta and Italian dishes, as well as delicious seafood. Our server guided us through the menu, including their Specials. We started out with a few appetizers. The Antipasta and Bruschetta were delicious and everything was fresh. The Zabaglione Salad was light & refreshing & had fruit, cheese and especially the dressing which made it a big hit. The dinner comes with their delicious bread and a side dish of seasoned oil. We were a party of 4, and each dinner was more delicious than the other. The portions are so big that we had to ask for boxes to bring home so we could enjoy it the next day. To top the night off, we each had one of their homemade desserts. Their presentation of both dinner and dessert was nothing short of a culinary spectacular vision. I will be going back again because of its exceptional service and food. I highly recommend that you make a reservation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was so delicious, and the staff were so kind and friendly! I have Celiac, and our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. My boyfriend and I had the burrata and I got the gluten free penne vodka. It was cooked perfectly, not mushy. They also had live music, and I wish I had smaller bills on me to leave a tip because the musician was so talented. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a classic Italian restaurant that is accommodating of allergens.

Classy upscale BYOB with very nice live music and an attractive dining room. Seating is not the tightest we’ve experienced, but I wouldn’t describe it as “roomy” either. The cuisine is nominally Italian, with choices like steak, lamb, pork chops, and potatoes.
Professional, attentive service. Staff are very friendly, but perhaps not as subdued as I would have liked – talking in a loud voice from a distance to another table while standing close to our table. The bread served is authentic fresh Italian bread – much better than typical, and the second best I’ve experienced among Italian restaurants in the area. (Best bread is Angelo’s Italian Kitchen in Prospectville, which in every other way does not compare to UVA.) The bread is served with a wonderful olive oil containing fresh whole roasted garlic cloves and dry rosemary; best bread accompaniment we’ve encountered so far.
Soup and appetizers were both great. We had the crab bisque, and a stuffed fried zucchini blossoms special. Soup was very rich and had a spicy kick. I thought it could have been heated through a little more. The fried zucchini blossoms were light and delicious.
For main courses: Shrimp scampi over linguini. The dish contained a generous amount of large shrimp. Pasta was not overcooked. Lots of garlic. Recommended; would order this again. We ended up taking some home. A little richer than I expected and prefer for a seafood pasta. I’m not sure where that richness came from; perhaps they added parm cheese? (One minor complaint: Shrimp did not have the last shell segment and tail removed, so you’re either getting your fingers sticky, or wasting that last bit of shrimp.)
“Rastelli prime pork chop topped with roasted red peppers & aged provolone in a white wine sage sauce.” This was also very good. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh cooked mixed vegetables. Pork chop was cooked just right. Mashed potatoes were just not bad; a bit lumpy. Lots of garlic flavor in this dish too, perhaps from the vegetables. I ate everything, even after feeling uncomfortably full, so that’s good sign. We also enjoyed a side of spinach – probably the best I’ve had. Garlicy, and served with fresh lemon.
We were too full to try their homemade desserts. This place is easy to get to, with plenty of parking.

We made reservations for my wife’s birthday for 7 of us. We heard some good things about Uva. Our service was excellent. We had two waiters helping our table, which took care of every request. My wife had the cowboy ribeye, and it was very tasty. My son and I had the chicken parm, and we both liked the portions and the way the chicken was cooked, however the sauce tasted as if was right from a jar. It was seriously lacking in flavor. My parents and in-laws enjoyed the stuffed ravioli and clams, but they seemed to enjoy the cesar salad the most. I wasn’t a fan of the complimentary bread, it was too crusty and hard even to enjoy with the olive oil. The biggest deal breaker for me was that they will charge you an additional 3.95% if you use a credit card. We did like that it was byob or our bill would have been over $500. With our meals, gratuity, and the additional 3.95% for using a credit card, our bill was $350. My wife liked it, but there are too many negatives for me, plus there are plenty of great restaurants around us that don’t charge me extra to pay them.

Absolutely great experience from beginning to end. The service was phenomenal. Bread/dips and water was provided immediately. The menu is really varied with the classics, signature dishes and great specials. Soups, salads and apps were all super tasty. Entrees were all fantastic. Large portions and served piping hot. We did not have desert, but were provided some chocolate “cello” as a complementary treat. I cant say enough about our dining experience here.

Awesome dinner! Service was perfect as well. Steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it and the tiramisu was some of my favorite I’ve ever had. Got to try their limoncello & chocolatecello as well. Can’t wait to go back!!

I went here recently for a family birthday. I had veal marsala. The food was good and well presented, but not better than most other local Italian BYOB restaurants at this price point. The restaurant did not have enough wait staff to accommodate both the large party and regular guests at the restaurant that night. So we waited a lot. However, the weight staff were friendly and attentive when they did interact with us. The interior of the restaurant is well decorated. It’s a nice restaurant but does not stand out from its competition in the area.
