Clean tables, high chairs, and ketchup station. Overall, always super clean. I can appreciate that!
We typically order for take out, but we decided to sit and eat this time. At one point I realized they were playing Christian music!! They’ve earned more business from me for sure!
P.s. we get the same thing every time. You cannot go wrong with the buffalo wings or kids hot dogs!

Ordered tons of ice cream and ate it all!! Even when busy, they get you ordered up and served pretty quickly. My go to place on cheat day!! . Totally yummy cuz I’m ALWAYS stuffed with treats to the point I made myself a bit Ill.

I went here for lunch the other day and it was great for the most part. The sandwich was slapped together in a way where the box was all messy which wasn’t great. I also got two pup cups and was charged which is fine but most other DQ’s don’t charge since it’s so small. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The store was clean which is great when your at a place where your food is made.

Horrible food and service. Ordered 2 blizzards, 1 was very runny the other was okay to be honest. But the worst part was the regular sized fry I ordered. They gave it to me maybe half full. I asked a guy behind counter if it looked normal to him . He said yea looks about right to me. Then said he would give me a couple more fries at most if I really wanted. I was completely thrown off by his response and thought
Screw it . So I just decided to walk out with what we had. It was a horribly long wait as well. It was only that one rude guy working behind the counter with about 3 senior ladies. All of them were unfriendly and were working at an extremely slow pace for a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT in my opinion.

I ordered the cake online two weeks ahead of the scheduled pickup when I got to the location to pick up the cake they said that they did not have it and they could not help me and then when I asked for a manager they finally went back there and dug a little bit and found my cake but had forgot to make it. This will be the last time I ordered from this location the management is horrible

Their staff is so friendly. The are was very clean. They have a lot seat there and they’re comfortable. You can eat inside. The food was really good. And doesn’t take long to make food.

It’s a dairy queen. Prices a bit high for what you get. Atmosphere what is expected. But the service was efficient, professional and the kid at the counter genuinely a nice kid.

Honestly if I could give no stars especially for the service I would. The lady at the counter who assisted me, Mavis, was extremely rude. Her tone of voice was rude the mannerism she used to answer my questions was extremely rude and my overall experience was just awful. I don’t come to Hutchinson often but I will keep in mind to avoid this establishment from now on. I will warm friends and family to do the same. I wasn’t the only person having issues with this cashier either. There was other people in line who were having issues with her rude remarks to them, so it wasn’t just me who felt disrespected by her, please do better DQ!
