This is the best BBQ I have had in Utah. I enjoy that there is traditional BBQ and then specials along with other menu items that stand out and are not the norm. I’ve had most things on the menu now from the Brg Texan (personal favorite), wind river, meat plates, macaritto, Homer and more. We go every other Friday for work. You really can’t go wrong here and won’t be disappointed. The portions are very generous for the price. The entire staff seems like good friends or family. Go out and support them.

The wonderful aroma near the building will start the hunger pains. This place is only open on Friday from 10 am until food runs out. I had brisket and pulled pork. With Cole slaw and you get cornbread. Great taste will definitely come back. Added after full meal eaten …. Wow. That was really good. Cooked tender and juicy. Sweet cornbread as well. The Cole slaw was good but not incredible. But overall still 5 stars for real good food.

5 Stars, First time here, they are only open Friday from 10 to 3. I came late not knowing almost everything was sold out. My fault will be back next week first thing to make sure I can try it all. Had the four meat plate, brisket, jalapeno sausage, turkey and pulled pork. Let me start with WOW… I normally don’t like the pulled pork anywhere because its always dry and flavorless, well not here sports fans, it was about perfect. The brisket also was great, good texture, good pull with no chew, excellent. Turkey was a homerun. It was super juicy and delicious probably top 3 ever experienced. And the sausage was awesome. Let’s talk about the banana Pudding that was so good, fresh, tasty, and perfect portion size, wow… Will be back next week for more of this wonderful food. And a shout out for the excellent service from Coco, great job.

I hate to give an honest opinion because the food goes fast enough as it is. The food is DELICIOUS and and the service is excellent. We’ve had smoked meats in Texas and other places. Red Beard is as good or better than any place I can remember. They provide a high quality meal. The food is wonderful and and the staff are friendly. We’ll be back.

It was okay. Your next to the tracks, so your conversation has to be at a yell volume while the trains go by. Food tastes good, but the aftermath is not worth it. It’s either the funeral potatoes or something in the sauces, but you can save 30 minutes by flushing the food before you eat it.

First time here, recommended by a friend who knows I do my own bbq at home so I’m picky. Got ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage with the corn bread and cheesy mac as sides. Ribs, brisket, and pulled pork are excellent! Deep stick burner smoke flavor with bite off the bone ribs and tender brisket and pulled pork. Didn’t care for the sausage, had too coarse of a grind on the meat and not quite enough fat inside. Mac was OK but noodles are soft from soaking in extra liquid, noodle texture is very hard to nail with large quantities. Corn bread is just ok. Overall it’s an easy 5 star review, if I don’t have time to make my own I’d happily go back!

First time eating Red Beard BBQ, even though I didn’t get the corn bread that I was supposed too, the food was extremely good. The jalapeño cream corn is amazing, it’s a must have. The brisket is tender, the ribs were seasoned right, the pulled pork is moist. The loaded mac was good. Overall experience was great. Might become a Red Beard BBQ stalker.
