I’ll tell you this is my first time going in here to Burns barbecue and seafood and my plate look like heaven the street I got the $12 plate which was barbecue chicken and ribs and the string beans had potato and it was seasoned just right I got the fried okra oh my God it was just too much I love it right everybody need to go by there and patronize them because they know what they doing thank you birds for me having a wonderful lunch

So first time ordering from Birds. Temp inside was perfect & very clean space. I feel one day they will upgrade to a bigger space. Why? The BBQ was on point. Tender, full of flavor & delicious. The mac n cheese was ok. I don’t like all sharp or more sharp than anything else. Its to tart that way, but not bad. My okra wasn’t fried hard enough, but the shrimp where(I like my shrimp fried softer), but good flavor. Still ate it all. Couldn’t get a photo of my dauuribs because started eating before we got home. She died let me cop a taste & they where nutritious & delicious . All in all, I will return to try more.

Was cooked fresh, and i think 14.00 bucks. ( Thanks to you, MaoBiden. ) I wish the owners would clean up their menu board – it so sloppy and not organized for my simple mind. and i wish they would let Tour Guides call in ahead of time, so we don’t have to wait , because our window of Time is limited ; if you know what i mean. This place is great Old School Barbeque, Local Fish, and needs to present it’s self better. I am going back for more.

A local legend – the food tastes like the perfect summer BBQ. I definitely recommend trying the pulled pork for some hometown smoky flavor. Everyone working there is super nice and the place is clean.

Smelled Bird’s smoke from the street & had to flip a U. ordered whiting w/ rb&r >>> meal sent me on a journey to another finger-licking planet. would have eaten the styrofoam, too, if it weren’t my first day in town.
