My mom has very severe allergies. Sebastian and the kitchen did an amazing job making sure everything was safe for her to eat! Great attentive service even when the restaurant was full! Drinks and food were top notch and Sebastians recommendations were awesome. Thanks for making our final dinner so amazing!

Our waiter Sebastian was the highlight of our meal and the highlight of our stay at Paradise Village. Sebastian is the greatest. We were a large group (11 people), and he was incredibly attentive (despite the other tables he was tending as well!). He recommended all of his favorite menu items. After seeing what each person of the group liked, he went above and beyond by bringing things for us to try. Every time he disappeared, he returned with a new very very excellent drink. We spent the whole meal laughing and then got a picture with him before leaving.

The restaurant itself was also very good. The quality was much better than anything else we’ve had at Paradise Village. The fish was all fresh and excellent. The salmon sashimi was amazing. The non-fish options were all good. Nothing felt heavy. This was the healthiest I felt all week.

We had the all-inclusive package, so we weren’t worried about cost. Experience may be different otherwise.

Great spot, and good sushi. Perfect spot to take a break from buffets.

Sebastian was fantastic, kept our drinks full and even Saki-bombs for dessert.

Una experiencia fantástica, muy recomendable. Muchas Gracias Sebastian!

We had a terrific evening! All of the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Thanks so much to Alec and the rest of the team for such a great experience. The birthday celebration for my nephew was also a wonderful surprise.

Kabah Sushi Bar is a fantastic restaurant at Paradise Village!

Every time I’ve been here, the rolls have been flavorful and substantial. In addition with this visit, we tried the ramen and it was comforting and delicious.

Every time we have been here, we’ve been served by Sebastián who is the epitome of a wonderful server and person. He is warm high energy and we feel taken care of!

If you are on the resort, this place is worth the stop for a meal. Recommended.

I’ve seen Kabah called authentic. In my limited experience I’d suggest it’s authentic North American japanese style – which is not meant as a negative.

I ate here three times during my stay and found it to be a welcome distraction from the standard all-inclusive resort fare. First I had tempura shrimp, this was my least favorite as the batter was heavy and insufficiently cooked for my taste. Next was a selection of rolls which were no different from what is found elsewhere, these were well prepared and tasty. Finally I had the teppanyaki with salmon, this was by far my favorite, couldn’t fault anything on the plate.

Food is quite personal but if you’re visiting Paradise Village I recommend trying the Kabah.

Had an incredible experience at Kabah tonight. Sebastian was the best server we had at Paradise Village all week – he was kind, energetic and extremely thoughtful. Even though he was busy he made us feel like the most important table in the restaurant.

The tempura ice cream dessert, shrimp Gyoza and sunomono were stand outs.

Daniel was our server and recommended a spicy mahi mahi roll (roll of the month) that was absolutely delicious! It was my wife and I’s honeymoon and Ricardo made it so special. Everyone was very friendly and even made us a paper rose to take home. Highly recommend going!

it was my friend‘s birthday, so I said I’ll buy you dinner. You choose the restaurant. She chose Japanese.
we ordered the special roll as an appetizer, it was cooked white fish rolled in a lot of rice.
my wife ordered the spider roll, Once again, mostly rice very little filling. I ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare to rare.
I told the waiter don’t overcook my steak otherwise I’ll send it back, Of course it came well done and tough. (honestly I’ve had a better steak at Denny’s for 1/4 of the price)
I tried to tell the waiter he just laughed. I think there was a language barrier.
Because it was my friends birthday I did not make a fuss. And then I asked the Waiter if there was a complementary dessert for the birthday girl, He said yes. But I don’t think he meant yes, because the piece of cake was on the bill . The moral of the story is don’t go to a Japanese restaurant in Mexico and order a steak!
