Came in today they had no food really, scraping from bottom of pan on chicken and cheese. I rather say you’re out than stretch it. Staff seemed unbothered, this my second bad experience that’s why I did the review. If zero stars was an option, I would give them that. I’ll continue to go to the Manchester location because this one is trash.

Came in today, the food was no appetizing from the get go. The area around the food was not cleaned up. I got a buritto bowl and the grilled adobo chicken tasted burnt. The location definitely needs to be visited by upper management to make sure they are keeping up with quality in all aspects.

Would give zero stars. Says online they open at 10:30 I went a little after 11 and they guy said they were closed because he had catering orders and only one other guy who was new and refused to work the counter by himself. Like if you’re closed put a sign on the door or something.

This place has poor customer service…. I went there the other day and they had the doors locked at 4pm and a customer not even eating let me in to say they were only doing online orders only the workers were walking off to the back no eye contact or awareness as if they were upset I was let inside turning down at least 10 customers… strongly recommend you to not go here…

Good food and very nice aesthetic. We did have to wash our own table to sit and eat and in the bathroom a stall was out of toilet paper but there was only one guy working by himself so not like he would be able to go do much other than make the food for the customers. (or would he probably think about the girls bathroom lol) Overall it was a good experience. Our food was delicious and made well and that is what counts.

Whoever was working the counter 2/09 around 1pm (female, red hair) was extremely rude and short with us. It was my husband’s first time at QDOBA and my first time at this location and it was uncomfortable with the employee working the counter

I had food delivered and received the entirely wrong order. Not only did it have beans (I requested none), but nearly half the bowl became inedible because everything was completely dowsed in disgusting bean juices. Nobody wants to eat that – drain your beans! I gave the service three stars because they’re usually nice when I go in, but they clearly don’t care about getting delivery orders correct.

I went there in a hurry to eat with my kids. Asked for a bowl and a burrito. My kid hurt his teeth because the white rice was so hard, I touched it and my daughters was hard as a rock as well. The chicken on my burrito was burned that all I could taste was the smoke. When I went to get it replaced she showed me how bad the rice was and she still had gave me that. I could see the brown rice has been there for a while also. It was definitely a bad experience compared to other locations.

As far as the food goes it’s good QDoba. You know what you are getting if you’ve ever been to one. This location has great customer service and was very clean and welcoming. All the employees were helpful and kind.
