I been a long time customer but sadly this place has gone down hill over the past few years. I have heard rumors that one of the founders passed away and his ownership of the store was sold! I have been visiting here for years and to have seen turnover where I don’t know the people who cook the food concerns me! I see that its NOT Tony or Dominic and the food does NOT have the same taste of old. I chose to come here because I expected good food not Old, burnt, and first out the oven tasting food!! Also I don’t appreciate the attitude from the new cooks! I spent over $50 to eat food that was NOT good!

I’m in NYC at least once a year to visit my daughter. The pizza there is phenomenal. Frank’s is as close to the real thing as it gets. Delicious!! Super friendly staff!

Actually had to re cook our food when we got home. Sausage and green peppers like they just threw it in microwave. And a parm dinner for $11 is supposed to come with pasta!!!! All I got was a piece of chicken and sauce ummm are they serious and it was cold so I had to re cook that as well!!! Never ever again!!!! Worst place

The staff are very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and they do allow dine in at this time. The food was cooked to perfection and you get a very good proportion for what you pay. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area. The only thing is I wish they would offer delivery

We were rushed not even time to close, 45 minutes away from closing, trying to enjoy dinner and there were putting chairs on the tables beside us and spraying the tables that we had to get a to go box because we could not finish our meal. We over charged but did not say anything, never go back.
