Just a below average Qdoba. Old food is served because there are so few people coming in I assume. Went there today because I was too lazy to drive anywhere—they decided to closed more than 40 mins early with no signage or explanation.

I’ve been a loyal customer since the Worldgate location open it’s door. My family and I often grabbed food for lunch/dinner. Enjoy the rewards program. There is a lovely lady who’s worked there nearly as long as they have been open. In the past 3 years or so, we have experienced more rudeness with a couple of employees. One the most recent (about a month ago) 2 female employees refused to speak to me in English, they would only communicate with my husband (he’s latino). We ordered the same thing we always do (had even ordered it from the very lovely work not more than a week before) but these 2 ladies REFUSED to fulfill the order. My husband and I left. I did report this through the survey however the only response I get is there standard “sorry this shouldn’t have happened” bs and an offer for 2 free meals. I don’t want 2 free meals, I want to know something is being addressed with these 2 ladies. As I told corporate this is NOT the first time they have mistreated myself and I have witnessed other customers mistreated by them. I just keep getting a stock “we are sorry” email. I refuse to go back to Qdoba until this addressed. If that means I never eat there again, so be it!

We usually enjoy their burritos but yesterday’s Mexican rice that was added in the burritos was crunchy (uncooked) which ruined both our chicken adobe and steak burritos. We were dissatisfied and disappointed.
