We stood at counter for about 5 minutes before any employee acknowledged us. Employee barely spoke/interacted with us and mumbled when talking.
The shift manager brought out our pizza and was pleasant (the reason I moved this from a 1 to 2 stars). Sad they likely aren’t able to get good help for this shift manager. Inside was moderately clean but looked dishelved due to focus on take-out & delivery vs dine-in customers

Great pizza, salad and subs to go or dine in. Usually quiet and private tables available. Not a long wait time and friendly workers. Good place to meet up with friends and/or family for meal and conversation!

The food was very good, as was the customer service. The only issue I have is with the drinks. Apparently, they discontinued their fountain drinks. As a result, if you are dining in and order a Coke/Pepsi, you get a bottled drink. What this really means is that there are no refills on drinks because they don’t have the fountain for that anymore.

Just once I’d like to a get an order that’s correct or good. I know both is too much to ask for, but why does EVERY order have to have at least one thing totally wrong.
In this most recent gamble with ordering food, we ordered, simply, a garlic cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza.
The pizza was sub-par, but almost not worth complaining about; I’ve conceded I’ll never get a hot pizza delivered ever again; but the pepperoni was a bit sparse and it was overcooked.
The cheese bread was replaced by bacon cheese bread. Not that bacon makes things bad; but it’s not what we ordered…again.
Further inspection would show that said bacon cheese bread bore the unmistakable aroma and texture of raw pizza dough.
How something can be burnt and undercooked at the same time is beyond my comprehension.
It’s actually quite impressive to be able to deliver such perfect incompetence.

I love this pizza BUT why do I have to eat it like a shrimp (and I HATE shrimp) because the edges are so burnt! The last 4 orders have been so burnt from this establishment. So disappointed.

I’ve had Donatos salads before. They’ve always been large portions for the side salad. But for two salads for 3.99 each, it is not worth the price. The pizza I got was good. But the salad is pitiful.

Just had the best margherita pizza here. Looked beautiful, tasted even better. Crispy crust was baked perfectly. Just the right amount of balsamic drizzled on to be a great complementary flavor.

This Donatos building inside & out looks great in contrast to the Fairborn area. I ordered a pepperoni pizza & Chicken Harvest entree online which was ready on time when I arrived. Staff was friendly & food quality good.
