Very long wait staff didnt pay attention to my order and handed me 1 of my 5 items after waiting 20 mins. Would not reccomend and they had 4+ people back there and where still slow and inefficient. I’ve had Donatos salads before. They’ve always been large portions for the side salad. But for two salads for 3.99 each, it is not worth the price. The pizza I got was good. But the salad is pitiful.

Ordered a pizza last nite. It should have had sausage, pepperoni, onion & extra cheese… It came with just extra cheese, onion and the dough its made on… I guess these days you gotta not only check for everything you ordered before the delivery lady leaves, but you should probably also order pizza sauce… Very disappointed…

We ordered and picked up a large, Works, pizza tonight. After the first couple of bites, both my husband and I experienced a strange, powdery feeling in our mouths as well as a very strange after taste. As my husband said “it’s certainly not as good as it used to be”. He was an avid Donatos fan, but we have ordered our last pizza from there.

We ordered our food, they said it would arrive at 11:03. I have been in the living room, reading (no TV, Radio, no noise) waiting for the pizza to arrive and sign for it. It is now 12:24 AM.. the porch light shining bright on our LARGE BLACK House address the whole time, the phone on high and less than 10 inches away from where I’ve sat. NO FOOD, NO PHONE CALL and the store has been closed for a long time, so NO HELP. Thanks for such great service. Never Again. We will stick with Cassano’s, it’s worth the extra cost.

This Donatos building inside & out looks great in contrast to the Fairborn area. I ordered a pepperoni pizza & Chicken Harvest entree online which was ready on time when I arrived. Staff was friendly & food quality good.
