I will never give this location another dime! Placed an online order @7:38pm , waited i on the drive thru which was moving pretty fast until I got to the window. You would my order would’ve been ready by the time I got the window @8pm. NOPE they tell me to pull up and they will bring it out. 20 minutes later here come my damn chicken, GIRL DONT WAIST YOUR PRECIOUS TIME! JUST TAKE THE DRIVE TO BAKER POPEYES!

Came here after work and waiting 40 min just to receive some chicken that was BURNT. I couldn’t eat it, I had to throw it away because I live over 30 min away and couldn’t turn round to bring it back ! The outside of the building smell like charcoals. That should have been my 1st red flag .

I came by today and waited a minimum of 35 min(I did not mind the wait, I usually wait this long here). Order a mild mixed chicken with no side and drink and get charged $23.85. They gave me 8 pieces of chicken, 4 pieces of biscuits, and 1 large cajun fries(What I originally ordered was just chicken. Picture below). I did not expect much from a drive-thru. But the service I got was HORRIBLE! I ordered through Mrs.Christin. She was having trouble understanding me.

I’m done with the Zachary location. Can’t order inside. Online or drive through only. I haven’t been in a long time, so why not. It took 22 min to wait on 6 cars to get to the ordering speaker. Told no spicy chicken and any order had to wait 4 to 8 min to be made. 12 min later, we paid for it, told pull up and wait. Said it will be out in less than 15 min. 31 min and a free drink later… never again. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. (At this location)

This location is very slow… no line inside and maybe 3 cars in drive through and they were still slow!! And instead of the manager jumping in to see where the hold up was , she continued to mop the floor. I stood in the lobby for about 15 minutes waiting on a mobile order … Have to do better

This particular Popeye’s has a drive thru line out of the parking lot and into the road 90% of the time. Everyday. Especially from 3pm to 9pm. I always place my order via their app and choose the option to pick up from inside the restaurant. I wait about 15 mins to leave my house, (I live right around the corner), and it is usually ready when I get there. I’ve had to wait 5-10 mins. The food is always good though, for fast food yard bird

The wait was VERY long, HOWEVER the two staff that were working in there made up for the dissatisfaction with their very hospitable attitudes. Their names were Maliah & Ashanti, the poor girls seemed mentally & physically exhausted as they explained how it was only them & that they were waiting for their manager for a long time. Overall the management is very poor.

Ordered at 8:41pm. It is now 10:21pm and I am still waiting for 2 chicken sandwich combos and a 8 piece. Already paid for it, keeps giving excuses of why I don’t have my food. Will not give a refund with reply of it is almost made. This is BS. Zachary food service has went to sh!¿!!!!! I’ll be back just so when told to pull to the side and wait… NO, I’ll leave the window when I get my food.
