The only reason I am giving this review a 3 star is due to the taller manager woman/ if she is not a manager she needs to be ! She is amazing, patient and kind. The older manager woman is not very nice , impatient and always in a bad mood . The workers here lack the essence that they care to be there for work.

They could do a little more training up front. The counter person had to keep asking for help. I asked and he said that he was there for 2 months. However my last visit it was vastly better than previously when you were not allowed to dine in during lunch rush. That right there kept me away for a year because it was an ongoing problem. I think y’all make the best chicken sandwich around. But the customer experience is lacking a great deal although improving.

I will drive to the Baker location from now on. This location is Always slow. I had to wait over 25 minutes for chicken. There was no one in front of me that was waiting. It takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken, so where did the extra ten come from.

I came by today and waited a minimum of 35 min(I did not mind the wait, I usually wait this long here). Order a mild mixed chicken with no side and drink and get charged $23.85. They gave me 8 pieces of chicken, 4 pieces of biscuits, and 1 large cajun fries(What I originally ordered was just chicken. Picture below). I did not expect much from a drive-thru. But the service I got was HORRIBLE! I ordered through Mrs.Christin. She was having trouble understanding me.
I apologize because I know my English is not fluent. However, I wish you did not have to discriminate against me by laughing at me with your other employees and making me wait for another 3 minutes just to switch with someone else, disrespecting me the same way three times. I do not recommend anyone to go here because people who work here do not respect their customers. Just very disappointed because the food I received was perfect and on point from all my time ordering from here.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food handling I recently experienced at your Zachary location..
During my visit for a take out order, the service was EXTREMELY slow despite there being few customers in line. I understand that delays happen but after 30 minutes , what truly concerned me was observing employees placing orders that were made incorrectly from the drive-thru, back onto the rack to be re-served to other customers. This is not only unprofessional, but it raises SERIOUS food safety concerns.
As a paying customer, I expect my food to be prepared fresh and handled properly—not recycled from someone else’s mistaken order. This practice is unacceptable and damages trust in your brand. No sense of urgency at all, not even with the management.
I hope this will be addressed immediately for the sake of your other customers, because I won’t be returning. After all that time I spent there my order was still incorrect and cold. I guess I should have checked before I left. Never again.

I Just attended The Popeyes in Zachary and They appear to have a change in staff, Of course as usual the line was quite the wait, but the customer assistance was quite Nice, No issues with that whatsoever… However, when we got to the window to receive our meal, A Short Young looking White male, Gave us our food, His Body language and attitude appeared to be either Heavily Frightened or Anti-Social, Could it have been racially motivated? Maybe. Because after handing us the food he slammed the drive through window shut with a sense of urgency, Twice. As If he was scared of us, Then I went inside of Popeyes to get a drink and Apparently you cannot Order Inside at the moment they are only taking Drive through or online orders. Meanwhile inside I noticed they were very short staffed, Only 3 people were working. Overall our orders came out ok and the customer service was a solid 8.9/10. Overall I recommend people attend. But be mindful of your budget because even with 1 coupon we still managed to spend $40.65 on 10 pcs of chicken that were extremely small.

On September 9th I ordered my food online from Popeyes in Zachary Louisiana I called the store in Zachary to ask them to make sure they were giving me dark meat a woman Tonya answered the phone with a very nasty attitude she asked me my name over 3x I spelled my name out to her she than being to scream at me I know how to spell your name I said ma’ma I was only trying to help because you asked me my name numerous times I than asked her why are you being so rude I asked her name and than came to write this review I will be calling the manager of the store tomorrow because just Sunday night I arrived at the same Popeyes in Zachary Louisiana at 10:38pm the workers told me that they were not serving anyone because they were out of everything I my family or my friends will not be eating there again that’s the rudest Popeyes I’ve ever been to every time you go there that older lady has a bad attitude not good for business especially in that area no one wants to drive over there as it is so for now on we’ll just have to take an extra 5 minutes to get to Bakers Popeyes or just stop eating it all together people when someone don’t want to serve you please don’t eat at their establishment give your business to a business that appreciates you thanks that’s all Mrs. Thelma Haney

By far the slowest Popeyes you’ll ever come across. The line is long because everyone has to wait 30 minutes for the chicken to get ready. All they cook is chicken…. You’ll have to pull away from the window so you aren’t going against their timer. Don’t be in a rush for your food if you come here.
