The most disgusting Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve been too. First the place is Dirty, Floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in Days. When I first walked in, no one at the Front, all the employees are in the Back talking and laughing. I said hello, they looked at me like I’m crazy. Took a while before anyone came to take my order. When she did not pleasant nor had a great attitude when I said hi. Very nasty attitude and the way she grabbed my doughnuts was not pleasant. Not sure who hired employees like this but please fire the whole stuff. Absolutely the worst Customer Service. Time of visit NOON 8/18/2023 . Doughnuts I’ve ordered hard as Bricks. Definitely not returning. Hope this location closes down.

I hate making negative posts, but this is truly the worst DD in the area. Usually short staffed resulting in slow service & occasionally the dining room locked. Slow drive-thru & often given wrong order. The staff (on more than one occasion) has run when I ask to purchase gift cards. You’d think they would appreciate the business.

Honestly it’s always something with this place, it’s either, they run out of everything or they’re rude to you for THEIR computer malfunctioning, all other dunkin locations I go to, everything is fine. For this one, I don’t know it’s just always something, i’ve also worked in food service for years so I have a high tolerance for mess ups. I am also a full time student, while working two jobs, I am always on the go, that’s why I place mobile orders, my orders are always late every single time. I don’t know if this store is franchise owned or operated by corporate either way someone needs to stop by and see what’s going on with the staff. The only two workers who actually feel sympathetic when it’s their mess up is a pregnant lady, and another latina or hispanic woman with curly hair and she wears a black long sleeve. Either than that, the stuff is rude, I always have to end up waiting more than 5-10 minutes even though i’ll place the order early. I don’t have a difficult order that sounds like a grocery list, so what’s the issue. Usually I am understanding but for something to always be happening to an order, atp I just feel like they don’t care, the staff can not care on any other occasion, but when it’s people paying their hard earned money every single time for a wrong order and rude staff then someone needs to put some effort in.

I’ve been going to this location for many many years since it’s closest to my house. It has progressively been getting worse and worse. It is very dirty with several flies all around counters, kitchen and sitting areas. The staff is so bad making many mistakes with orders and comes out bad. The staff is not professional and they are not even available at the front counter for customers who are waiting. You have to ask to be helped and they don’t seem to care or have time. For example today the girl was going back and forth with me as to if I wanted to order bec. she was going to count her draw and go home. I have never seen a manager or owner ever! I will not go to this location anymore!!

They are drive thru only. I ordered a chicken croissant, while I was looking at the drinks menu and I asked the person to give me a second while I decided the drink. All I heard was a deep breath from her. I just said never mind, that’s it, only the chicken croissant. When I got my order, and tried to eat in the car, that was a croissant with egg and cheese in. Wrong sandwich. Now I’m in a big lane at the drive thru waiting to get assisted and let them now they messed up my order. tried to walk in but the door is closed with no sign saying it’s drive thru only.

I have been going to this Dunkin for more than a year and consistency is nonexistent. Experiences with employees has always been positive but beyond that, almost every visit I get a different tasting drink. When I order a medium cold brew with cream and caramel, sometimes it’s 1 cream and 4 caramel. Sometimes it’s 5 cream 4 caramel. When I ask for what should be standard if not specified in a medium (3 cream and 3 caramel) I still get a different variation, maybe 2 cream 1 caramel. Sometimes iced lattes are very heavy on the milk, and sometimes I feel like I am tasting an iced coffee with milk. There has never been a time I leave with the same drink. Does this provide an interesting start to my day? Sure does, always curious what the days drink will taste like. Sometimes it ends straight in the trash and sometimes I deal with the interesting flavor of the day. When it comes to my morning, I think I would prefer consistency. As a former Dunkin employee, I certainly wish I could just make the drinks myself.

Lamar, and Miah makes the best coffee ever. Really good customer service and very fast and efficient. This is my second time here and I absolutely love the outdoors seating. There is also a place to pick up On Line orders and you will never have a long line because there is someone to greet you on the drive thur line. I took some video and pictures hopefully you enjoy. I love the name recognition from Miah and great customer service. The coffee roll is my favorite

This place is burning to the ground. This is about my 8th worth experience this year ALONE. I ordered online pickup before work and was 30 mins late to work because the store failed to turn off online orders and had the door locked as I arrived. We paid for our food and coffees and saw that only the drive thru was open and was wrapped around the store. We ended up having to walk up to the drive thru window because we couldn’t risk being late for work being that we already paid ahead and it was for walk in. We saw our bag sitting right there on the counter but they gave us a hard time. I understand it was because we walked up to the drive in window but what we’re we supposed to do when we paid and the door was locked and no one was advised about this before ordering online? Ridiculous. These workers are so inconsiderate and have the stankest attitudes. This has been the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to from their customer service to their drinks made incorrectly. You guys need to do better Dunkin , hire an entire new staff or something, better management ? Just wow.

I went to this dunkin today. There was one person in front of me and yet it took them 18 minutes to complete my order. Its a mess. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. I got a half dozen donuts, a wrap, a colatta, milk and a hot caramel latter, which the latter had no caramel. I’m not coming back again.
