06/28/23 (About 1:10am). I went to get a cup of coffee, workers were arguing. The one that served me was in a hurry to use the restroom and so did not give me a normal size because she got it from an almost empty pot. That was the only regular coffee left. I asked the worker at the register to please top it up for me and that it was ok to use the decaffeinated. She stopped, gazed at me. I thought she did not hear me the first time and when I repeated myself, she rudely told me that she would pour it from whatever pot she wanted. Customers were shocked at that attitude. I lost my appetite and had to waste the whole coffee in the restroom after I left. Please those workers need serious inservice on customer service. This is a hospital environment where people deal with stress of having their love ones in the hospital. Having someone lose their appetite and mess up their mood for the rest of the day because of a rude server should not be accepted.

This location is a joke. I try to be patient since it is in a hospital and tbh eres a lot of traffic, but they constantly forget about my orders and I wait at least 20 minutes each time. Today I was waiting for ice cream and instead of telling me there wasn’t any, they had me waiting 10 min. It wasn’t until I asked about my order that they informed me there was no ice cream. I asked for a refund and they said I had to do it through the app but there’s no option. Avoid location if possible

The nuggets were hard they were not fresh I asked for them to be fresh the fries were dipped twice they were not fresh and they were very soggy and also the chicken nuggets were hard and cold I repeat I asked for my food to be fresh I work for the hospital and I came here on my break and it was not fresh at all they do this every time I come here hopefully you all can get new management in here soon I don’t recommend anyone to eat there

For being one of the only places to eat at night inside of a children’s hospital. This is sadly one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Child’s in the hospital and have continuously had issues here. Hard stale buns, extremely poor customer service, cold food, raw burger meat, broken equipment, employees just laughing and playing around with numerous people standing around waiting for their food and waiting to order. It’s honestly sad when most of these people including myself are going through some of the worst moments of their lives and just trying to get some hot food to somewhat feel better. Y’all can do better. Just very very sad….
