Often slow service, somewhat rude individuals working the drive trough, and rushed food prep ending in poor product.
Burgers are sloppily made, drinks are have filled, and don’t expect a single worker to be polite working drive-thru at night.

My favorite McDonald’s. They were open when no one else was during the cold weather.
The manager on duty deserves recognition. She was displaying clear leadership on the floor directing the team with excellent communication while multi-tasking and doing much of the work herself. I didn’t get her name but a younger woman with glasses and braces.

I was going back to the hospital to bring my wife some food, and asked the cashier girl if she could help me out by taking one of my old cups of coffee to throw out because I had no more space for cups. She was very kind and she took it.
Then her manager came around and started chewing her out asking her why would she take that from me, and demanded that she return it to me. The poor cashier girl awkwardly handed to me my old trash that she had taken to discard.
That’s just weird.

I only write reviews when it’s not just a one time thing. I only come here with my kids since it’s one of the biggest play areas in the vicinity. The service is slow, and there is a manager who has been here everytime we are who is rude. She doesn’t acknowledge people who are asking for simple things, she can be stand-offish. She rather talk to her co workers in front of everyone rather than help customers who wait. I’ve worked a McDonald’s I get the fact that it can be crazy. You choose the job, you work in customer service. You should act like it. All in all, don’t come to this location if you’re in a rush. Even in drive thru you’ll be waiting for a while.

This is to corporate office I had to call the police to come out to this location due to a homeless man I’m not yet getting out of my vehicle I see that he throwing food at the employees an come straight to my car spitting an this is not a safe place to enjoy a meal who knows what could happen to an other customer or a family coming with ther children . Corporate needs to listen to the employees it not fair to them they have to deal with this there’s should not be nothing more important that you can’t keep your staff and customers safety this location needs to have security!!!! Something has to be done is see other reviews an complaints owners more worried about a boiled egg or dive thru order take care of your staff .

I placed a mobile order for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and this location managed to turn the simplest task into a complete disaster. When I arrived, my order was completely ignored and skipped. I stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting for something that takes 6 minutes to make.
This place is a mess completely disorganized, slow, and clearly not paying attention to mobile orders at all. It honestly felt like nobody cared.
If you want a McDonald’s that actually knows how to function, go to the one on S Post Oak. They’re busy, but somehow still faster, more reliable, and way more professional than this embarrassment of a location.
I’m never wasting my time here again.

Ask them to provided me the correct burger which it was missing, and they got mad because they say they made it. They checked the receipt and I still being told they made it. I clearly heard when they were talking in the kitchen that they did it wrong

The layout is really different in here, relative to most McD’s, and I kind of love it. The staff were surly and unhelpful, and there is no fountain for refills/water/ice in the dining area (only behind the counter).
Even so, the huge kid’s play place is separate from the main building, which I would love if I were a kid or a predator, but which I could see parents not being thrilled about. There’s even fenced-in outdoor seating, and the little pods or groups of tables are all a bit sequestered from one another, which I also like.
The vibe is nice, despite the staff.

WORKERS ARE RUDE !! They don’t speak or greet you just hand you the food… they all have attitudes !!! Then I waited in the line for ten min just for the food to be COLD !! There should be no reason I have to walk back in to get fresh food …. Horrible LOCATION !! If yall hate your job so bad find another one !!!
