I stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes when I walked in, and there were employees standing around talking before I was helped. It took over 35 minutes to get the 4 piece I ordered, and there was no soap to wash my hands in the restroom, which means the employee’s are not washing their hands after they use the restroom. I won’t ever eat at this Popeyes again.

I just went through the drive thru. I asked for bacon & cheese on my sandwich which I was charged for and got home to no cheese or bacon on my sandwich. Staff didn’t seem very polite either. Do better & pay attention !

Absolutely terrible! I received an order nothing like the actual order (one shrimp box instead of the chicken and more for a family), and when I called to say pleasantly that I was en route to get the corrected order, the person on the phone handed the phone to someone else said “I can’t deal with this.” Not one apology came from anyone. And I was treated as though I was in the wrong somehow. The Idiocracy rages in its nascent emergence.

Have had a lot of mixed experiences here, but I just left the drive thru without ordering dinner because I waited in line for about 15 minutes before I reached the speaker. When I reached the speaker to place my order, I was told they only had breasts dropped. Now, I think that they have an issue with having enough staff, so whoever manages/operates this location needs to offer better wages or make a better atmosphere for workers so they can hire and retain workers.
