Worst experience ever!! This is ridiculous and I will NEVER go to popeyes again!! I spent $78 for a bag full of fries, crispy breading they are calling chicken tenders and nuggets they are calling wings. I’ve attached photos. I placed my order at 6:38pm online. At 7:11pm I was told to pull up because they had to make my food. At 7:46 pm we went in and had to get our food and we came home to this. I’m so upset with the quality of this food that I will make sure to let everyone I know to not go to popeyes. Especially the one in Millbrook, AL!!!

Nathanial M was our drive thru window guy. It was the Friday before the 3rd Saturday in October. He was the absolute sweetest and carried on such wonderful friendly banter with my Vol 4 Life husband. Our food and service was all great and fresh. But this young man’s friendly attitude would make anyone boss or momma proud. Thank you for being a good and kind young man Nathanial. You made my husband giggle in the middle of a 14 hour road trip that is normally on 8 hours so way to go young man!! And you we lost the game and you won!

I went inside and ordered food. I can literally see the 8pc tender meal on the menu. I ordered that and got told that there wasnt one. The lady behind the counter was super unhelpful as she just stared at me like I was dumb and kept saying they didnt have one.

I stopped at this location because I wanted to dine inside rather than eat in my work vehicle. While standing in line, I witnessed a young male employee loudly yelling about someone needing to be fired, to the point where it was disruptive and uncomfortable. At the same time, I observed him handling food without wearing gloves. Initially, I assumed he may have forgotten and would put them on, but that never happened.
During this entire situation, an older female employee stood nearby looking overwhelmed and exhausted. There was no acknowledgment of customers waiting—not even a simple “someone will be right with you.”
After witnessing all of this, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Ironically, the bathroom was cleaner than the rest of the dining area. Due to the unprofessional behavior, lack of hygiene, and poor customer service, I chose to leave without ordering.

June 9, 2024: We’ve frequented this Popeyes for a while now. We live in Millbrook. But this current staff is a different kind of staff. They certainly are NOT customer satisfaction focused. I received an additional thigh instead of one of the breasts I ordered. I tell the casher that, but she simply repeats my order. I showed them the piece and another worker say yeah, that looks like a thigh. They don’t correct it; they call the Manager. I’m like, oh my goodness, all this to correct a mistake. Yall, keep it. I leave. This is the same cashier that leaves the register after taking cash and goes and start filling the food orders and WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS.
