One kiosk acting up. But, Mgr. helped. Food was good. Cleaner than the old location by a long shot. They ate short handed though. So a little wait. Food was hot as it should be. They missed my extra biscuits, and plates. But as we were eating in it wasn’t a big deal to us. Green beans not on menu for kiosk. Chicken was good with no pink. Biscuits were good, soft, and yet didn’t crumble. Appearance of lobby is a bit retro. This location not suitable for large groups. No booths for those who like the privacy. Whole lobby is wide open, and free of clutter. Slaw was very fresh. Mac and cheese wasn’t quite as hot as I would have liked. But, was warm enough I ate it. Hopefully they get some more employees to help the front end worker be less stressed out. She was working hard.

I have no idea why the average review score is showing so low for this store.
I’m a fan of KFC and I followed them from the old location to the new one. All the ladies work here are working so hard to make customers happy and I really appreciate that.

We just love their chicken we were brought the wrong order someone else’s order but we noticed before we touched it and got it straight KFC was very clean and neat

Not like the KFC I remember and that’s just too bad! Chicken was mediocre so much for the secret recipe in fact everything was mediocre and the price was kind of expensive for a little bit of chicken we got biscuits for cold and hard does it seem like the biscuits of long ago either. I give this a so-so rating!

Must have left their brains at the old store. Gave them a try 3 seperate times. Sat in front of the menu board from 5 up to 15 minutes this last time without a peep. Pulled away and as I went by 2 workers propped up on the counter and one standing on the phone. Used to be a once a week meal for us. Never again

The restaurant was somewhat busy during my visit, but the counter staff was attentive and provided good service. The food was prepared promptly and had good flavor, making for an overall positive experience.

Employees does not wear gloves nor wash hands before working on hot food. Cashier handled cash money and then walked to kitchen and make sandwich no hygiene what so ever. Waited over 40 minutes multiple people in lobby waiting longer.

sat n waited on vehicle ahead of me for about 5 minutes then when it my turn immediately told to pull forward n no military discount also wasnt able to complete my order as was rushed to pay!!! got no utensils or napkins n the bowl was barely warm while the wedges were still hot!!!! such a waste of what was a good restaraunt!!!

Employee’s do not wash there hands after using restroom or being on there phone. They do not wear gloves when touching food. employees are also very nasty looking not well maintained at all some look like they haven’t showered in years. Mashed potatoes were cold and the fried chicken was pink all the way through under skin. They will end up making Greenville customers extremely sick. Someone in management needs to take care of the issues.

Had a order on line, the cashier ignored us, then finally acting annoyed, she brought a bag out of kitchen, Inhad to ask about our drinks, then had to demand my receipt, when arriving home Inhad only half my order, having to drive 30 minutes back to KFC the manager Josh apologized , and offered us two fee
Sides , but not the rest of the order, he finally gave us something from back in the kitchen, not our order. We accepted but it was cold and greasy. He should have either offered us a refund or a gift certificate. We can not get good help but we should offer good customer service. I received none. Bo Jangles is across street from kfc, will go there from now on. The Colonel would be embarrassed
