Two days ago came here and got mashed potatoes and gravy (large $7). Asked the girl for salt, she gave me like 20 packs looking disgruntled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. i bought a five piece chicken tender last night and one of them was raw. i was halfway through one of the chicken tenders when i noticed it was COMPLETELY RAW! i called and they had no care in the world for selling me raw chicken while i’m over here worrying about whether or not im going to contract a foodborne illness. absolutely disgusting food and human beings. didn’t even offer me a refund. instead offered me a free five price chicken tender????? Went in at 600pm left at 630pm. I never got my order taken. They were busy and could not keep up with the business. There was 1 person working the window, 1 person on front counter and 2 in the back. I think think there was a Manager or crew chief working. They were having problems keeping chicken up for the orders. And a person walked out without ordering before i finally gave up. It was my 2nd worst service at this location. Said thing is I worked for popeye’s in the 81/82. My managers would have never allowed this to occur.

Couldn’t even order! Only one in line for 15 minutes. But drive thru and online orders running through and obvious higher priority than a face to face customer. Popeyes you lost at least 7 customers in that moment of time. Customer service is the last thing on your list in Pace Florida! Wonder how long before you are closed………
