Will avoid this location. Fish sandwich and the chicken sandwiche were dry they had hardly any sauce and the edges of the fish filet had started to harden so it was definitely sitting. The fried pickles were cold and so were the fries. We had to go back through the drive through for the ranch that is supposed to be included with the pickles. There were 2 napkins in the bottom of one of the bags. Had to dig through all the bags to find them.

We went through the drive thru today at around 1:00pm. We’ve never had a good experience at this Popeyes or any Popeyes for a matter of fact. The older woman taking our order was much nicer than ones we later encountered. They forgot our blackened ranches so we drove back and went inside. The woman at the counter walked past and said “what do you need?” My boyfriend asked for the ranch. She swung the door to the fridge open and rudely threw it on the counter. A singular ranch, when we literally order one of the large combo boxes. Popeyes in pace is a no go. Rude Service. Bad atmosphere. And just overall mediocre food. Do better.

The food had been sitting in a heating tray, ordered fried pickle, and they were more like pickle jerky from sitting other than that and making sure your food is fresh service was wonderful. The people were wonderful, and I had already left before. I had realized I had pickle jerky and wasn’t going to turn around.

Anyone who goes to Popeyes knows that it’s always hit or miss and they’re usually out of chicken, but I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. The staff was absolutely incredible. I wish I knew the cashier‘s name, I think her name was Vanetta or something that started with a V but she was wonderful and super patient despite my very difficult order that changed multiple times. Really appreciate their patience.

I was craving some Popeyes and decided to go the location in Pace. When I pulled into the drive thru the parking lot was nearly empty, there were only two cars in front of me. After 5 minutes the first car pulled off to the window. After about 10 minutes of waiting the guy in front of me finally got to order his food. When it was my turn to order food I was told to look at the menu and that I’ll be helped in a moment. I waited for what felt like 15 minutes, did my scratch offs, the lady behind me decided to leave the drive thru and not even order and even a few others. I saw one of the kitchen staff take what seemed like a smoke break but was wearing the same apron the whole time in and out the building. Then I was finally told I could order when ready. The staff working the drive thru window was nice and got my order right and even apologized for the long wait. The kitchen I’m unsure of what was happening in there. Unsifted flour?? My spicy chicken tenders were overcooked , overbreaded and dry and crunchy. I couldn’t even finish it. Chicken tenders only take 3 and 1/2 minutes in a deep fryer. It seemed like they were down double the time. The macoroni was just burnt and unappealing. I got an extra biscuit! But they were old and dry… my mashed potatoes were great and so was the pickle lemonade..
I just wish I could have enjoyed the rest of my $30 order. I will not be coming back to this location.

This is the slowest place on EARTH. The fact that this place has over 3 and a half stars BLOWS my mind. Went to pick up my order and waited 45 minutes for an order that I ordered online…… I also requested dipping sauce and received 2 sauces for 12 pieces of chicken. Do not recommend.

My wife and I went to this location to grab some lunch. We walked into the lobby to find only 1 person in line before us. We ordered our food and stood back and waited for our order while watching such confusion and chaos behind the counter. There was no food on the racks, yet there were several tickets waiting to be filled. The managing members appeared to be overwhelmed, which was understandable seeing the 2 girls working the front. Those 2 didn’t have a clue as to what they were doing. After 15 minutes of waiting for our order while watching, the wife asked the girl how much longer. Even showing her our receipt the girl still asked what we ordered. Finally 22 minutes after we placed our order our food came out. The chicken I ordered looked /tasted like it was yesterday’s chicken (was horrible). My wife’s shrimp looked/tasted the same as the chicken. Come on Popeyes you have to do BETTER!! I don’t mind paying money for food but I expect to be able to eat what I’ve paid for. Unfortunately it won’t let me leave a copy of my receipt.

When I pulled to the drive through speaker I was told to look at the menu and they would be with me shortly after 5 minutes they finally came back on the speaker and asked what I wanted, I ordered a chicken sandwich and a apple pie 2 for 3 deal. I pulled to the window and the guy told me they only had 1 apple pie ready and it would be 7 minutes for another round of them to come up, I told him don’t worry about the 2 for 3 deal just ring me up for the 1. They rang me up and told me to pull forward past the window and wait out in the roadway by another truck that was also waiting. I waited for 20 minutes and I had to be at work so I went inside and asked the guy was my order ready yet. And they had completely forgot about me and didn’t even start my order. One of the women there came forward and asked me if I still wanted to wait on them to make it or did I want a refund, I said just give me my refund. Then she proceeded to take her time giving me my refund so I got annoyed and told them just to keep the money and that they have made me late to work! If you want fast food, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! And they had like 7 or 8 people working in there! Pathetic!!!!!

This place is a tire fire. A whole woman workforce on their phone collectively as only one man sweating in the back. Rude through delivery. They acted liked I asked them for a favor. And if l are in a hurry….nope. they don’t care. Worst popeyes location ever. Now we know why they are alwy empty and cant handle a lilttle rush. What a joke.
