First off it never seams to amaze me when you get to the counter and you say” can I have a 2-piece combo all white, mild with fries” and they come back with “will that be spicy or mild, white or dark, and what’s your side”. Too funny but today at this Skibo Popeyes, the fries and biscuit tasted better than the chicken. The chicken tasted like old grease and the store just opened. I can’t recommend this place!

Every single time I order from this place I never get my sauce. The last two times I ordered something else with my order has been wrong. I am never one to complain about my food getting messed up because I have worked in fast food, but when the orders are consistently messed up it is extremely disappointing. Ordered 2 apple pies only got 1. Whoever packed my order knew there wasn’t any more apple pies because when I went in, the male cashier was like oh we don’t have any more. I asked what does that mean are you completely out or what. He said we gotta drop some. He said it would take 7 minutes. That was a lie. If I had pulled off without checking my bag, I would have been livid. All ways check your bags before leaving a drive thru or you will get dooped.

Food always fresh… long line depending on the time of day. But definitely worth the wait. Never had any issues with customer service which is a plus. The best gravy and chicken comb… but the biscuits are never soft enough for me though.

My wife and I have ordered door dash from this location multiple times and only once have they given us our complete order. Our most recent order from them was 7/19/23 and we received none of our sides. No mashed potatoes, no rice and beans or fries.

Came in on Sept 1, 2023 at around 7pm in the drive thru. Waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting and finally got to the speaker and said it was cash only. No I don’t carry cash on me. Thank you for wasting my time tho.

I give zero stars, because I placed a mobile order At 9:15pm and paid for a 10 piece meal with two sides and biscuits, to arrive and to be told they do not have 10 pieces of chicken and I have to request my money back thru the mobile app. They NEVER apologized for it and didn’t even offer me something else. What if that was the last of my money, and the app says 2448 hours for a refund back. So I left with no chicken and no money. Went there to get a 12 pc family meal. I live on the other side of town mind you got my food went home to discover half the chicken was legs! Called the store told the manager what had happened she told me to bring the chicken back to exchange it. So I had to drive back across town to exchange it with no additional compensation for my time or money. Customer service isn’t what it used to be
