This place is beyond unprofessional and unorganized! I ordered pasta and wings through Uber Eats and when I got my food it was a burger a fries!!!!. A completely different order than what I paid for and when I called the store no one answered the phone. On top of that the Uber eats courier told me they was slow and it was hardly anyone in there so why was my order completely wrong?! Let alone NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE!. You people need to do better and get it together ASAP. So GHETTO AND ITS COMPLETELY SAD!

I’ll start with the positive part of my visit. The drinks were strong and the wings were pretty good. Now, the restaurant had a 45 minute wait to sit in the dining area and there weren’t many people there. We could be seated at the bar immediately so that’s what we did. It was not easy getting anyone’s attention there and they weren’t busy either. There was more interest in checking personal cell phones than the needs of customers. This restaurant could be good but change starts at the top. If management allows this, the situation will not improve.

The food was disgusting , dirty menus , dirty tables . The Atmosphere was giving me weird vibes . As I was waiting for my food , a medium size bug was on the table. Little to no wait to be seated at 4:30-5 pm during the week. The servers were friendly and helpful. The food was good. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and entrees. A group of us went after work. We will definitely visit again.

My Guy Friend likes Fridays, so I stopped by one afternoon, first time visiting this location in-person. It was not a busy time. I have previously ordered via UberEats. I opted for two dinner entrées (shrimp & fish entrées wt sides) To Go, which was wrong! Wasted Uber Ride twice to correct the food order! Even more money spent! Called the restaurant prior to returning & was “on hold” for 30 minutes before he answered the call! Unacceptable “customer service”! Although apologetic, that doesn’t change the fact that The Back of The House is responsible for ensuring quality control for ALL orders. The time that I failed to do my due diligence (check the bag), there’s an issue [no matter, would not have changed the preparation mistakes]. Overall, it was not a pleasant guest experience . How do I justify spending money here in the future?

Weekends here are usually busy but the restaurant seems staffed! Tonight I came in on a Wednesday night. The Front of house doesn’t seem to have any presence of leadership. The place is super busy, and not clean.. it’s unfortunate that customers picking up mobile orders? Have no sense of direction. The hospitality is missing. Which is HUGE for revenue walking out of the door for customers who want to dine in as well! Customers are walking into the kitchen asking for orders and the sight lines are a horror! Nasty lines, unswept floors, and no sense of standards!

TGI Friday called us to do a bunch of electric work and they never paid their bill. Place must be going under. Yay Let’s call an electrician to hang up a bunch of lights over the tables and then don’t even pay them for it!. What a creepy place. They don’t pay their bills. Why would I eat their food?

Every single time I make an order from this restaurant it is wrong. They do not answer the phone at this location because their orders are so frequently wrong and people call them all day. Often orders are missing an entire entree and drinks and management does not care.
