I went to Friday’s after a long day of traveling from the DR. They were the only place open. Long story short the bartender refused to acknowledge my presence. Even after a coworker told her that I was trying to place my order. The manager came out and apologized and comped my meal. Which was nice and appreciated. Although I don’t go anywhere looking for a free anything. It was well deserved,, because the service was so awful. I began tipping the two workers who tried to help me, because they deserved it. The bartender then called me ghetto. I asked what she said and she repeated it. It turned into a shouting match which I didn’t come there for. To the point another employee came out and apologized. I bartend part time and have NEVER treated a customer in this manner. I will NEVER spend another dime in Friday’s. And I will advocate for anyone I know not to visit this location.

Had a bad experience here the other day with my friend.
The bartender took 20+ minutes to get us our drinks and then when my food came out it was the wrong thing and not what I ordered so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the correct order to come out.
On top of that when the bartender closed us out she automatically charged us for 18% tip even though there was only 2 of us and the service was bad.

The cook must be smoking some good za because all of my food except the fries was absolutely disgusting. The worst food my family and I ever eaten lls. An experience we will remember lol.

The service is bad and you can call. Nobody pick up the phone you going to inside to be seated. Nobody at the door you try to place an order to go. It takes somebody 23 minutes just to take your order. You gotta check your food every time you order they always get something wrong. The food is even too salty or overcooked. I don’t recommend going to this Friday. The ones in Virginia is better and what’s up with that little small piece of salmon but they charging $24 for this rip off.

I feel like if you’ve been to one Fridays you’ve been to them all. I’m sorry if I seem jaded, but I celebrated my birthday in Fridays as a kid so I’ve been going to Fridays for so long and I appreciate it for what it is. I wanted to review this Fridays though because it’s become a casual quick date night staple for us when we just want to get out of the house, talk, get a drink, & be out. We always sit in the bar and the vibe is always upbeat enough to feel like we’re out doing something more than ordinary especially with the tunes going in the background. They usually have a pretty good playlist. Our server this last Saturday was really sweet and attentive and I got an espresso martini! My first one in life and I was pleasantly surprised it was so yummy considering it’s a coffee/vodka mix, not what I would personally imagine as a winning combination, but I love coffee. I fully expected it to be downright awful, but it was really tasty. Highly recommend.

Great spot to watch the game with friends and loved ones. You can hear and feel the energy in this place (good energy). Our waitress (Justice) was very patient and attentive to my group. I would go back just to get her service. The only thing that needs to be fixed in this establishment is the seating when you first come in.

Update: I went to the store with the food the next day and they remade my order.
I just ordered whiskey glazed ribs, seasoned fries, broccoli with garlic and butter, two breadsticks, orange hennesy glaze on the side, cheesecake and iron steak medium well. The bread was placed in the container with the steak and is covered in sauce. The broccoli is black at the cut on the stems, the seasoned fries had no seasoning at all and were soggy due to the steam, the orange hennesy glaze which I was charged an additional 80 cents for was not in the bag and the ribs have no glaze on them. This meal cost me $57 not including the tip. I had planned on eating over a few days because I am home sick with a cold. So disappointing.

This place is typical of the restaurants in this area. They can’t be great for some reason cuz I tried. But this happened on 1/22/26 noon ordered food and uber one the new one switched up from Uber etc., they charged me $70 for a meal Of classic cheeseburger with no bacon loaded mashed potatoes. About $29 approx., no they charged a whopping $70. But wait. How in the world do they figure a $17.98 burger with side of mashed potatoes is adding to $70.00 in PGC. SMDH who hires these folks. Either can’t read or it seems they have dyslexia with numbers. Y’all do it your way & your choice. Trust me it will be way better 4 you.
