Good eats… Not necessarily “health food”.. but the French Toast tastes good! And the service is usually pretty good. I would give this one a shot if I were you. I had the chicken sandwich at one in Northern Virginia one time and it was out of this world good! Very surprised. I have not had one here yet… but might give it a try one day.

First time visiting this location and I must say I wasn’t that impressed. The lack of urgency with the wait staff left a lot to be desired. The expedience of the food getting to us once ordered was very, very slow. We had to ask another member of the wait staff to get us more coffee and refills on our soft drinks. After all that waiting, the food was cold and dry underwhelming! All of this not even during the busiest time of day! I don’t think I will be coming back to this location again.

Update: Our second visit yesterday 8/13/2023 was even better!! I had T-Bone Steak and eggs, which also came with pancakes. DELICIOUS!!! Hubby had steak tips and eggs, which he said was dynamite minus the smothering of onions, which I gladly took off his hands, and they were great with my T-Bone!!! The boys smashed their food and said it was great as well. One had the pancakes combo, and the other had a Belgian waffle.

This IHOP is one of my favorite to visit. The staff is pleasant, friendly and help you with making your order to save money. The place is clean, and the atmosphere is okay even when it’s packed wall to wall. So stop by and enjoy.

Great place. The only thing is the service. We came to eat late last night, and it took the waiter about 45 min to come and get our order. My friend had to come up to the kitchen area to get a server to get our order. After that we had to wait about 1 hour for our food. The place is great. We have been here many times before in the morning time and the place is amazing fast with our order and food.

Food is good as usually, but I don’t know if this still fast food. Could take 20-30 minutes for the order to be taken if you are eating inside, around 3-4am. In total could take you more than 1 hour, to order, eat and even pay. I understand could be because a lack of employees, but you could serve us better and help the employees to don’t be running like crazy all the time. I would recommend to use plastic plates and cups, so the process of cleaning the tables it’s faster and easier, as well the washing. Also having a in tables system to pay, or self pay kiosks so we can pay without needed someone to handled the payments (since it’s short staff).
