Me and my family have been visiting this iHop locations for years and we have always been well served and happy with our food. I would like to add that if you come here and have the pleasure of having Ms.Sue as your waitress you will have a smile on your face the entire day. She has an amazing way of making you feel welcome and taken care of, she is truly an angel.

Visited at night time, a couple of months ago, tried handling this personally with ihop customer service before leaving a review but they haven’t gotten back to me so I felt like it was time to leave a review. I notice the daytime reviews are very high but just be careful coming at night time. When we visited the server was so hostile and aggressive, rude, disrespectful, I thought we were being pranked at one point. Coffee mug had lip stick stain on it, “hot coffee” was served cold, sandwich half way through I realized there was hair in it, and the worst of it was my uncle’s water he was drinking the entirety of his meal had a fly in it and pieces of white debris. Absolutely horrific and unsafe to be serving people this “quality” of food. When we brought it up with management she was like what do you want me to do about it we are short staff. Short staff does not give reason to serve people unsanitary food and rude service. There wasn’t even that many tables and other people were upset too. Never again.

This IHop location is awesome! We come here almost every weekend because, the food is great, the prices are right and we feel welcome every time! The service is quick and easy no matter how crowded! The people are great! Wonderful customer service! A special shout out to Ms. Tee! Ms. Tee is the absolute best without a doubt! Thank you to the Saturday manager for scheduling the best Saturday breakfast crew ever!!

Samuel was / is amazing person and server. I wish I can do more for him. Samuel is the best person and waiter I have experienced in my 38 years on earth. I have been Manager for over11 years experience. I would hire him myself. He deserves a raise and a hire position. I hope to see that for him in his future.

Wonderful service from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Had the honor of meeting servers Rose and Kimberly, and they were phenomenal! As I looked around, all the servers seem to be very friendly and doing a phenomenal job. Rose and Kimberly were the ones I met personally…Food was incredible! 10/10 experience

Normally, we dine in, but today my son wanted breakfast and I had a few things to get done. Since it was cold outside, I decided to place an online order for pickup instead of delivery because the restaurant isn’t far from my home.
I spent over $30, and the pickup time was between 8:33AM.When I arrived, the food still wasn’t ready. At 8:47 AM food still not ready. After it was finally brought out, it sat there for a bit. The employee then asked for the name on the order. I told her the name, but she initially looked in the wrong place and told me my order wasn’t ready even lady just brought out two orders, though it was sitting right there as it was one orders the other staff brought out
When I checked the food, I was very disappointed. I ordered steak and eggs (over hard) with hashbrowns cooked extra crispy. Instead, the hash browns were soggy because they placed the steak directly on top of them, even though I specifically requested it on the side. The employee even said, “I don’t know how they missed that.”
My son’s food also looked like it had just been thrown together. The overall presentation and quality were not what I expected. If I had more time, I would have asked them to remake the order.
Unfortunately, the service was not pleasant, and the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend ordering online for pickup unless you double check everything carefully to ensure it’s prepared as requested.

I was impressed by how hard Milka was working during my visit. She had a full section and still managed to stay on top of every table with a good attitude. You can tell she takes pride in her job. She definitely deserves recognition! Perhaps also a raise!!
