In quincy market, and one of the first shops when you go in. We actually took a lap of the food offerings, then came back to this store. Had the lobster bowl, and the ponzu salmon bowl. Both were fresh, and great tasting. Have to go find a seat somewhere, and very bustling atmosphere, but all the shops at Quincy Market have the same issue

I recently went into Pokeworks the other day around 7:15pm and got 2 spam masubis and soon after contracted food poisoning from them. Not thinking twice, I noticed they looked like they had been sitting out all day. They didn’t taste fresh at all, but I didn’t think anything of it because I was hungry. Now thinking back they tasted old and were probably contaminated hence I got/still am very sick from them. Will not be going back very disappointed.

I was so excited to see Pokeworks in Faneuil Hall in Boston. As soon as I step up to order my food I was greated with a huge smile and hello. The server wad supper friendly and happy to help build my Hawaiian Ahi Bowl. I can’t wait to eat here again.

So I thought that there’s no way a poke place wouldn’t have sushi rice but this place proved me wrong. The rice is really just white rice, no seasonings. Everything else is really mediocre. The plastic bowl that they serve it in melted…..yet, they still gave it to me as is. They also got my online order wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They stopped taking orders and it was 8:34 but the lady there, even though they had partially closed the kitchen, took my order and thoughtfully made it and it tasted wonderful. Thanks for doing all of that for me!

I was so excited to try out this place especially with the combo since they had miso soup included. Upon arriving, the employee didn’t even recognize us and about 5 minutes later we had to ask if they were closing since it seemed like half of the food was put away (this was at 8:30pm). He proceeded to say no and was rude/had an attitude while taking our order. When we received our food he then told us that they were out of the miso soup so I then had to take chips which I don’t eat. I genuinely was so excited to have the soup with my meal as I hadn’t eaten all day. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid extra for the combo since I could care less for chips along with the poor customer service.

Went here on 9/24 at about 830 pm, this is important because the employee wasn’t wearing a name tag. I was standing there for about ten minutes waiting for the young gentleman behind the counter to acknowledge me. He had his AirPods in his ear and was clearly having a personal conversation. After about 10 mins of standing in front of the register, he finally acknowledged me and told me to go to a different area and he’d be right with me. Waited another 5 mins for him to ask what I wanted and while I was in the process of ordering, literally mid sentence, he says to me “I’m bout to close so do you know what you want or not” my sister and I had to then both tell him that if he had taken his airpod out he would know that I had already told him about 4 out of the 8 ingredients I wanted in my poke bowl loud and clear.. Extremely unprofessional. Never coming here again.

Understaffed. One person was working during lunch, i waited in line for over 30 minutes, then the one person who was working put up a sign that he’d go on break and would be back in 20 minutes… So i waited for nothing.
