Delicious pizza, fries, cheesesteak, and wings. Although i prefer my cheesesteak with a toasted hoagie roll, the steak and cheese was tremendous. The pizza and fries had me taken aback with the delicious cheese. Wings were fire too, and come with sauce on the side. Staff was very friendly.

My favorite slice in the city. You have to eat it fresh out the oven, dont walk out with it. Super super crispy bite, and the buffalo chicken slice is the bomb. The only shortcoming is mo no flavor in the dough, but this isnt a Joes-specific thing but rather an issue with NY style pizza as a whole

Im in Philadelphia for work. Stopped here for lunch and amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how good the pizza is!!! The bbq chicken pizza is the best I’ve eaten!! The cheesesteak pizza tastes exactly like a sub! Soo delicious!! 100% recommend if you are ever visiting center city!! Delicious. Ill come back jist for the pizza!! Service is top notch was greeted as soon as I walked in. For my food in under 5 minutes. Hands down best good I’ve had since I’ve been here!!

I still think Pauli Gee’s has the best slices in philly but Joe’s offer the variety and hospitality. My favorite slice is their sausage onion and peppers but their eggplant parm pizza is WIDELY slept on. I personally wish they would use a little more seasoning on their dough, there’s something slightly missing in flavor but the texture, quantity is all there.

You cannot go wrong with brick oven Pizza! The person at the register gave me a friendly greeting and answer all my questions as a first time customer. The pizza had a nice bite to it and the sauce had the right amount of sweetness. I got two eggplant and tomato pizza slices and one onion pepperoni, and roasted tomato slice. Skip on dominos and support your local business in Philly!

Great pizza! (and I’m a picky NY’kr). Thin & crispy crust, sauce right on point with balance of sweet & salty, gooey cheese (as it should be on pizza) and enormous chunks of sausage! Good location and pleasant atmosphere. On the pricey side, $5.25 for a single slice with sausage.

Servers are as pleasant as always. Plenty of seating & it’s clean. But the pizza isn’t the same. The cheesesteak slice had a thick, unmelted layer of some kind of cheese. Tiny bits of steak. Not the same thin, crispy crust as before. Must be different owners. Or if the same the recipes aren’t being passed down. One slice was $5.50. In this economy, paying for food is a luxury. No matter the price. So it should be GOOD! 11/24/25

I placed a big order of 12 large pizzas for my birthday and came to pick it up a little late past closing time, but the staff was so kind and understanding about it. The service was great, and the pizza was really good, my guests loved it. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely order from here again!

The gentleman running the register was so friendly and patient. My friend and I arent from this area and they helped answer questions we had about the pizza and were friendly to every customer that walked through the door. The pizza we got was delicious and I wish I could have gotten more while I was there, but unfortunately we were just passing through. Amazing staff and food.
