Please heed our warning and never go here if you value your time, money, and taste buds! Unfortunately, I didn’t look at the reviews before going in here. I went thinking I was going to get a quick and easy lunch for the family, I was wrong. I ordered a kid’s pizza slice which was made on a pre prepped slice of bread and ran through a pizza oven. The other order I made was for two burger combos (burger, fries, drink). We literally waited for 25 minutes to get the burgers. Even the slowest fast food joints I’ve been to were quicker than this. When we got the burgers, I wouldn’t even consider them burgers. It consisted of a mystery meat patty that only resembled the shape of a burger. I ate half of mine before I threw it away and my wife only had a couple bites before doing the same. I felt absolutely cheated and scammed out my money and they had the audacity to prompt you for a tip when checking out. Please do yourself a favor and walk the extra few more blocks or spend a couple extra bucks at a place that actually serves something resembling good food.

I very rarely have to post a negative rating, BUT… Cleanliness was below satisfactory, customers had to wipe their own tables off. Hamburgers were not good, chicken nuggets were overcooked, corn dog was okay, ice cream was good. Not impressed with the food staff and ‘manager?’ AT ALL!!! Save your money, literally, and go somewhere else for a quick meal near the Tennessee Aquarium.

Rude and arrogant staff. I want to give 0 rating. Those who take orders in pizza, ice cream, burger counters were so unfriendly and use a loud voice which scared my kids. That manager(lady) of this plaza place is the worst. They don’t treat customers in a good way. Someone should take actions against them. They used racist words against my family.

Thought this was just a easy spot to get some food quickly before heading into the Aquarium, waste of money and I am surprised none of us got sick from the food. We order burgers and I’ve never seen a burger so pale in color in my life. At best it was a khaki color, beef doesn’t look that way in any way.

Horrible place, staff were so rude, especially the manager, she was one of the worst. They were cleaning the place while we were having our food with kids and putting the chairs away so loud and it was super annoying. My kids got scared and we had to leave the place without finishing our food because of that weird behavior of those monsters. It’s better to avoid this food court. Very bad Hospitality.

The food was good, especially for a food court, the price was even reasonable. The service was basic. Nothing stood out, aside from how similar it was to any fast food joint filled with young kids just looking for a paycheck. The cashier was lazy and uninformed, and couldn’t count cash apparently. When we walked in we weren’t even greeted which is fine! The woman working at the register very very rude , no customer service and asked her if they had jalapeños since they sell nachos. She stared at me with and ugly stare like if it was hurting her to say yes or no, asked her twice she just stared at me with an annoyed look and ignored me. Did not give us a receipt and then walked away from the counter and then began yelling in a rude loud voice to other customers about others orders. They was also rude to the people in line behind us, with all the bad reviews and the prices being so high you would think that it would be fixed by now!!!Considering it’s a family place where people come from far to visit. We will never eat there again, I’m here reading the reviews and do not see any management or owner of the business say or stop any of this poor treatment to paying customers. They should not work in customer service if they don’t want to work for one or if it hurts them to be able to be friendly to customers!!! JS!!

Do not go here. The service was awful. Staff didn’t know what they doing apparently. So unorganized. Food was AWFUL. I was looking for a quick meal before we headed home. I got the cheese burger combo. The burger patty was a tanish, almost white color. I only ate it about half way before I just couldn’t take another bite. It was extremely over priced. Spend the extra dollar and go somewhere else with your money.

They don’t deserve even a single star. Unfriendly ambient. Staff were so rude, terrible and arrogant. If they don’t want to serve customers, they can shut this place and do their favorite job. They shout at customers, while taking orders. I ordered food and threw them in the trash and left. That’s how they treated us and used racist words. I hope someone takes action these monsters
