For the longest time, I have been 100% Pizza Hut! Since High School! I haven’t had their pizza in a long time. Since the pandemic, money is tight. It’s hard enough to roll out of a drive through line, with the correct items ordered. I was sick and in need of some food. So I sprung $25 for a One-Topping-Stuffed Crust Large pizza, some breadsticks and I also added extra marinara sauce. Simply because when one is wanting some delicious warm sauce and cheese filled pizza and some delicious breadsticks, what is not to stop them? I completed my Online order, tabbed into getting Text alerts regarding my order. The order was placed at 4:45pm with a guarantee of 35-45 min delivery. Not only was I never notified of the “tracking”, I waited an hr and 15 mins later to call and find out what the delay was. I work in the field of food delivery. I understand there are issues and/or complications during any transactions, but these delivery drivers work solely for this company. The delivery came and upon discovery, I found the essentials, even being a $0.70 marinara sauce, to complete the experience, was missing. The food was COLD, the breadsticks were over cooked and there was absolutely NO sauce in the pizza! See pix! I have completed the survey, made an online complaint and called Customer service! All which will do nothing for me. This is such an extreme example of how those who are suppose to be there for “us”, and be the reason to believe this world isn’t crumbling before us, that regardless, no one seems to care and I haven’t seen one thing done to fix the situation. For the future, I hope your experience is far better than mine, yet I will no longer put my hard earned money into a corporation which can’t even follow through with the most simple job they have, which is to make good quality products, deliver them on time and take accountability for their misstates and create solutions for them! Soon, only time will tell, if a true business will defy the doubt of the rest.

Its edible but its far from satisfactory, I had skimpy toppings and zero sauce on my pizza and believe me I wanted sauce on my pizza… They forgot my 2 liter and I had to drive back. Much to be improved on. The rolls looked like they lived in the microwave for a week.

I normally love Pizza Hut and this time we ordered our supreme pan pizza to be delivered. We got it on time but it hardly had any toppings. It was disappointing. Not one pepperoni, and for the price we paid, it wasn’t worth it.

We ordered pizza to show up at 6:15 pm, as we had some friends coming over. The pizza showed up an hour early. My husband called them because we were frustrated that they ignored the request to have to delivered at a different time. They offered to fix it and send it out at the correct time. It showed up on time, but the pizza was clearly not fresh. We all had to microwave it for it to be warm. We haven’t ordered from this Pizza Hut before, nor will we ever again.

Ordered delivery and half my order was incorrect. Missing toppings I paid extra for, giant bubble on pizza made incorrectly when trying to call was placed on hold for 10+ min to be hung up on.

Used to love this place their bread sticks are still good. Their pizza quality has dropped a lot. The “meat lovers” pizza bairly had any meat on it when a couple years ago it was heaped with meat. Also now they aparantly use door dash for delivery I had a pizza ordered at around 5:20 not show up till 7:00 when I called to see what the delay was the guy on the phone couldn’t help because “once we hand it off to the door dash people we have no way to see anything” now I get that outsourcing can save money but there’s got to be a better way to track stuff. Acording to the store they handed the food off at 6:25 to the door dash guy. My food was bairly warm by the time I got it. Thank God for the stay warm bags they keep the pizza in I guess.

Went to pickup our order and employees had given it to another customer. Was told it’d be 7 minutes. Waited a long while and asked what was going on. They told me they had accidentally handed our order once again to a different customer. Then was told it’d be 5 more mins. (Keep in mind this had been 30-40 mins since beginning.) Waited and still didn’t receive even after speaking to the manager. Ended up just leaving. No staff or manager offered any type of resolution except for us to wait. Walked away upset and dissatisfied. Sat over an hour and never recieved our order. Will not return to this location in the future.
