What a reminder NOT to compare notable pizza eateries with Little Ceasars!! There is no way breadsticks should be believed as cooked and yet seems to have just slipped out of its shipping bags…maybe run their bread through the oven twice as they claim to do to their wings, which the wings can use a full 2 runs or a 3rd dash in the oven. Please, we would love to want this very welcoming team in Zebulon, NC to get this corrected, the staff are some of the best around town!!

I went to get the fantastic 4 pizza I saw on tv. What I got was a terrible aittude for Ms.Monica H. She couldn’t hear my name so I spelled it for her.
Upon the return to pick up my pizza it looked nothing like the ad nor did it look appetizing. After Ms. Monica rolled her eyes and told me “My Momma” the said manger came to refund me my money. Then they went on giving away free pizza, but not the one they made for me. The guy form the back with the funny color eyes said that the pizza they had for me was to old to give away. 18yr olds can’t be the foundation of Lil’Cesars pizza and this just can’t be the way The company Lil’Cesars does business for homegrown locals!

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread for my kids after school on 3/19. Ordered online and my son went to pick it up. When i got home later that night i seen there was crazy bread left still, which is unusual because thats the first thing they eat up. I opened the bag and all it was was a bunch of bread rolled up. They didnt cut it or anything and it didnt look appetizing at all.The Zebulon location has been going down hill alot lately. The pizzas are usually really thin and over cooked. Now this with the crazy bread. If you are having a bad day and dont want to do the job right then dont but we pay for these items just to go to waste because someone was too lazy to do their job right.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STARS! I been living in Zebulon for awhile and before covid, this location used to be very good! Now you have lazy management with young kids who don’t care about nothing about quality, but yet y’all want to get paid! I feel sorry for the owner of this location because when it’s all said and done they will eventually go out of business just like Zebulon family Dollar because of poor management. Waited an hour for half cooked pizza that they forced through the oven. Just enough to melt the cheese. Wasted $22 of my hard earned money. Won’t happen again though!

I asked for fresh bread sticks the lady in the back tells that they are fresh but they aren’t. I bit into a piece of the bread stick and it didn’t taste fresh at all. She took a handful of bread sticks out the little case thingy in the front and gave me one of those instead of just simply making it fresh and adding extra parmesan like I had asked for.

I went to little Caesar’s on Friday 8/15/25 and got two pizzas both was on the dark side (burnt). Went back as they offered on 8/16/25 spoke with Monica who was working that morning and they need her on both shifts to cook. Everything was cooked just right and so good that I had to pull over and eat. To the manager at lease let her train the other cooks. Thanks Monica and I will not eat unless you cook fr.

Just plain Awful only two people working but they don’t take time to make pizzas the right way . I called back to complain and they took my name so they would replace it next time I come back.
