They are always friendly when I go in and they make sure they make my pizza and Italian cheesy Bread ready to go as well they’ve came a long way! And I’m proud of them! They’ve came a long way with their crust and their marinara sauce and their hot and ready pepperoni is delicious and the pepperoni is very crispy the way me and my wife like it!

Never have I been treated so poorly by anyone at this location in zebulon NC. They dont close until 10pm and I called to place a order at 9:13 and someone picked up the phone and hung it right back up. Then I called back 3 times only to get no answer!!! I come in the next day in person and the manager was in the back throwing the phone on the table after telling the caller to hold on. Then when she finally did come to the counter, the first thing she says is…”its gonna take a hour no matter what you order” ….then when I explained what happened the night before, all she could say was ” well I dont know because I didnt work last night” instead of trying to work things out for the inconvenience i went through!!! She has a major attitude and doesn’t deserve the position she has. After she said that, the 4 customers that were behind me just walked out right behind me which means shes bad for business.

They say they don’t serve the medium size pizza like they use to. Only sale large now. But looking at the pie, it still looks the same as before. Which is why they increased the price. Plus, the quality of the pizza is soo terrible. At this location, it’s either half cooked or dry and old. They can’t even cut the pie properly. It’s like they don’t even care. I don’t say anything, because you don’t wanna complain to people when handling ya food. So this is the best way to express my concerns. I won’t be coming to this location anymore. And I recommend no one else come either.

I ordered online 35 minutes before I got there and Waited for 5 pizza for over 2 hours and the manager phill didn’t even have the kindness in his heart to apologize or offer a discount! I’ve ordered twice for take out at this location and website will give a ready time that reasonable. But these guys at this location have taken over and hour and half the first time for 2 pizzas and a crazy bread. Over an hour the 2nd time. If you want a pizza from this location. Make sure you order it a day in advance and it just might be ready for the time you actually want it. Other than that I’ll be stopping by the knightdale location on my way home from now on. As I won’t be going back to this location. After I finally got my pizza it had pepperoni on it and it was supposed to be cheese. Whole scenario is just a pathetic excuse for a business.

My supreme pizza should have been a pepperoni pizza, so few toppings, and my crazy bread tasted like baked bread. No seasoning at all. The workers in the back were loud and very unprofessional. The cashier was great she was very friendly. After I checked out I noticed they currently have an 85.0 B inspection grade. Wow. I could not eat the pizza after seeing that.

Just plain Awful only two people working but they don’t take time to make pizzas the right way . I called back to complain and they took my name so they would replace it next time I come back. But I won’t be going back anytime soon I’ll get my free pizza and call it quits… Burnt cheese and under cook pepperoni
