Don’t know what this location’s problem is but they refuse to deliver to me. I don’t know why and they’re incapable of being honest so I’m never going to know why. I’ve never done a chargeback. I’ve never even complained about the food even when the food was far from being good. I’ve never stiffed my driver on the tip. I am a good tipper. I don’t know what their problem is. They just suddenly decided they’re not going to deliver to me anymore and won’t tell me why. I’ve never even spoken to anybody at this location or corporate in person. Everything I’ve done is online. I’ve never made an order with a person so they can’t say I was rude. This location has gone downhill and they keep changing management and employees. It never gets better. Well, this is just one more reason why. Businesses like this deserve to go out of business.

Evidently they are going through some problems at this location, was very bad food fir years and service. They got a new manager and was trying to turn it around two weeks ago I ordered a family box,2 pizzas wings and cheesy bread sticks, it was awesome just like years ago, I ordered the exact same order2 days ago, and it was so bad, we couldn’t eat it, wings didn’t have any sauce on them, I ordered garlic parmesian(spelling).

The place was severely under staffed. You could sit at a table, order online and get service faster than in-house. 16 tables needed bussing and were only bussed as people sat at them. One of the most common salad dressings is thousand island, you no longer carry it. So though the waitress was new, and our wait was extremely long, we did get to eat. 2 of us ordered 8 barbecue wings, one person got all 16. I tipped my waitress regardless of service. I see it as management failure. Not even a 1 star experience.

Four orders over last three months order online get a call no driver. At this point why are you even still open for delivery??? Also messed up my order then asked me to come back to fix it. I’d rather pay domino’s higher prices then order from Pizza hut again. Forgot to mention takes 5 business days for the money to return to my account after they change it online.

People work really hard for money these days everything is so expensive for you to spend $20 or $30 on pizza and then not come out right anytime you order it or every time you order it comes out wrong is really just heartening like I said everybody works hard for the money these days and it would be nice if they could just get your order right and then when you call back and they try to fix it by adding the credit they want to give you a third of what you spend on your credit like the last time they messed up my order I spent $30 they want to give me a $10 credit

I don’t usually get angry and don’t usually leave bad reviews. I have been in retail ownership/management as well as customer service for 20+years so I know how difficult customers can be and their expectations. However we ordered dinner from this Pizza Hut location on 01/15/2023 and our order was soooo wrong it’s unbelievable. I won’t go into all the details however it got all of us upset at what all our orders were missing in the dishes, on the dishes, and the sides supposed to come with each we didn’t even eat it. This was our dinner plans because we were all tired from the weekend and here we are having to make dinner.

This place really needs some help in all areas. Orderd delivery at 545 pm, got at 640 pm with wrong pizza, called and they said would make another and have right out…waited an hour, called back and was told they are really busy but pizza was out for delivery…waited another 20 minutes and drove up there in 5 min , delivered to them wrong pizza, they put in order a right one and while there for another 15 min was called by my husband to say pizza arrived and cold. Waited five more minutes for the other pizza during that timewith rude service girl who said she refunded my money, which never happened. This is the 4th time had horrible service, horrible response to bad service and always makes excuses. Would NOT reco.mend.
