I went to Pizza Hut in Aurora tonight around 7:30pm with my friend. Our waitress, Lily was very friendly, attentive and made sure we needed everything we needed. She gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted, she was very informative about the menu, as I did not know the difference between crusts and she was incredibly helpful. The food was very good, the service was very fast and my overall experience was incredible. The only con I would say was when tipping, they don’t give you the option to tip 20%, the highest you can tip is 18%. I would have given her a 20% if given the option. Would go again.

So it’s a really pretty building very clean looks great, but the Alfredo pasta is very bland underneath the top layer of cheese, which is way overly seasoned☹️ I will also give them that it was fresh and hot when I came in. It was the beginning of the buffet time though. Pan pepperoni pizza has way too much sauce and not enough cheese. for $12 for a buffet for 16 total it was not worth it. I probably will not come back.

Took 40 minutes past the stated delivery time. I was on the phone with the store canceling because I wasn’t paying almost $70 for cold pizza 2hen the poor driver showed up. Feel bad for him, wasn’t his fault. The store should have done something especially since I called 25 minutes earlier and they said he just left and I was the first stop. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. not the poor driver’s fault. Franchisee should be revoked for tarnishing the Pizza Hut name.

Happy that we finally have a pizza hut back in town but we need some adult management or something. .. 4x I’ve been up there trying to give the benefit of doubt and every time I’ve had to wait 30 minutes longer(expected), but I also get ignored or talked to like I’m stupid or the kids are too busy hanging out with each other that they aren’t paying attention to customers… something has to change. Or it’s not going to last long

Went inside to eat complete empty in there and they tell me it would be a one hour wait since they have many carry out orders ahead of us. I always thought if you come inside to eat that would not matter. Even though they have a new manager they still have the same issues. Will not be coming back

Since the reopening of the Pizza Hit we have had great service and food with friendly and helpful staff. Very glad to see it reopen and so far it has been great.

Ordered a cheesesteak pizza melt. Hardly anything in it. Boneless wings had very little sauce. Didn’t offer anything to fix it. The girl said she would let management know. I thought they were supposed to get better. Very disappointing
Went for Pizza Buffet. Everything looked dried out. Pasta was cold. 4 people eating buffet and never brought out anything new. Then I asked if they would, so they finally did 30min later. Not very good pizza. Put some thin crust out or something… All the same.

Second time I’ve been to Pizza Hut in Aurora very unhappy with the service waited 30 minutes longer than expected wait time pizza was cold girls behind the counter. We’re just walking around not paying attention to anybody customers were having to get up to ask for refills on their drinks and for to go boxes very unsatisfied all the way around with the staff of this Pizza Hut come on guys get it together
