Couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. A customer was in there with his volume up his phone so loud listening to videos. It was very disrupting. I finally left and went through the drive through to place my order. Shouldn’t be like that. I wanted to eat breakfast and enjoy my down time.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the area. In past experiences they never give you sauce for chicken nuggets. And they must be hurting so bad for money because I don’t think they put napkins in the bag in the last 10 orders we’ve received. Today we ordered three meals and had it delivered through DoorDash. We got three sandwiches and three drinks. Seems like something’s missing doesn’t it? How about the three freaking fries. I understand finding good help is hard but they really need to do better.

Stop by to get breakfast and got a cold sandwich but had a hour and half drive so couldn’t turn around. Stop by 4:48pm on my way home to get my order replaced. Replacement was large fry, medium sweet tea and an apple pie. Manager lady made me pay for the pie and I had to wait until she served 4 cars in the drive thru before getting my order. She rang my order at 4:48pm and didn’t give me the food until 5:15pm and I was on the inside. Not sure why I didn’t check my food but got in the car and on my way home, bit into a fry and got a instant headache. See the picture of the fries that look like snow on them….so much salt I had to suck down some of the tea to get my tongue to stop hurting. The pie must have been reheated because the time on it had expired. With all this I assume they didn’t want my business or don’t like people of my culture. I believe I should get all my money back for this nasty service and having to drive 1 hour and half to be treated like this. Going to see tomorrow (12/21/2023).

This is the spicy chicken sandwich I got from this McDonald’s. The employee who called me regarding this kept saying they checked their food and that it’s safe to eat and that sometimes chicken may look raw but isn’t actually raw. No, this chicken I got is raw! Then she offered a refund for just the sandwich, not the order . What a joke.

Some rude rude RUDE women took my order at the drivethrough. i waited at the speaker for TEN minutes and watched other customers get served before me!! so as any normal person would we moved to the other speaker and as we were waiting we saw another customer pull up to the speaker, jokingly we said “it doesn’t work” SHE SAYS ON THE SPEAKER TO NOT TELL LIES” THEN we proceeded to tell her we had been waiting at the other speaker for 10 minutes and she rudely responded with “ I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT” she was so inconsiderate while all we were trying to do was help other customer and got met with ATTITUDE, 0/10

It is truly a pleasure to share my experience at this establishment. The food consistently arrives out the window hot and tastes incredibly fresh with every bite. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff is always friendly and efficient, making each visit a delight. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant also contributes to a pleasant dining atmosphere. Therefore, I highly recommend this particular place for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

Around 6:30 this morning I was behind someone waiting to order when I heard the worker YELLING at the person and swearing. The poor girl ordering was crying so I decided to leave and go to the one a little ways down the road. These workers seem awfully entitled which is weird considering where they work…. I hope that young lady taking the order gets reprimanded it was absolutely disgusting
