I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt because I understand being understaffed and frankly because I love Pizza Hut. But I’ve been disappointed too many times, this time is the last time. What’s weird is I ordered 2 pizzas and one of them came perfectly while the other.. well… everything just slipped right off and the dough is paper thin.

This particular visit I put all 5 stars because Pizza Hut did its job. I placed my order for carry out. It was for stuffed crust large Pizza. The order was ready in few minutes as promised. Price for this particular size, crust and couple of toppings was very reasonable. Pizza was pretty yummy. Thank you Pizza Hut!

New to the area so we decided to give this location a try. Cinnastix came and we’re not coated with cinnamon which isn’t the end of the world but they were completely dry and not cooked all the way through, nor did they include the frosting for the stix either. Didn’t receive the sauce we ordered for the wings and 4 pieces of our pizza weren’t even covered with any toppings let alone sauce so it was just dried out bread. They can’t even be bothered to answer the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience of my life. Half of our order went in the trash.

It’s time to move on. The app itself isn’t very responsive and when ordering from it, the employees don’t really pay attention to the instructions (“cut into squares” naw, well cut it normally and then into random shapes) or even take the time to cook the pizza all of the way through (a lot of the time it’ll come out with the crust underdone and just barely toasted. The last pizza I got, I ended up having to throw back into the oven since the cheese wasn’t even melted)

Our order shows up an hour and a half after ordering. And the store was closed by the time it got here and hour after the store closed from someone who didn’t speak English and some of the order was missing and I couldn’t even explain. I will be pushing for a full refund. And will be contacting corporate.

Ordered a pizza online for carry out. Everything went through ok. We went to pick it up and no one talked to my husband for over 15 minutes. When he finally he did he said no order went thorough online and he was out of dough. Get it together!!

Ordered ahead walked in 3 minutes early did not receive my food until 10 minutes past the promise time. There was only one gentleman working, he himself didn’t hold the best customer service, but he was also extremely overwhelmed.
