They do not follow Directive. If I order salad and ask for cripsy onions why it is never in the bag or baked potatoes why is it never sour cream or butter? One buys chicken nuggets sauce chosen why is it never in the bag? Give the customer all that comes with the meal.

Actually, the burger was good, juicy and ample size. Better then a few places I’ve visited lately for burgers. Server was ok.

This location use to be really good but in the last year it has really gone done. The service is rude and short. You can only use cash at the register if you want to use a card you must use the kiosk. If you want to use a coupon you can only pay with cash at the register. If you want breakfast and come in at 10:31 you will be met with a harsh short response that breakfast is over and you cannot order anymore. I don’t know who owns this location but there is a problem with customer service and the speed in which orders come at. Hopefully the order comes out correct. I’m searching for a better location or just quitting Wendy’s. It’s a shame because this place use to be a good location.

So I waited 15 minutes in line to get southwestern Avacado salad. When I got it my food, I couldn’t eat it . I put it in the trash because the lettuce was rotten and the cheese was spoiled. The tomatoes were freezer wet so yes the salad was not fresh or eatable.
