Just called Pizzahut to correct an order I placed online. I had redeemed a medium pizza with 200pts but it didn’tshow up on my checkout & when I spoke to the lady she was rude. She say ok you have to call the rewards place (which I didn’t know) otherwise I would have. She immediately rambles off the 1 800 # with no warning she seemed swapped, agitated, or both like she in a rush. I then say can I just cancel the order she just hangs up.

Worst place to order from they charged my card then charged at the door. Had to call the police to get my money back. Wish I could give no stars. I order a Sierra Mist and got a sprite. I thought they sold sold only pesi products but I guess this location must be different. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. I think this store should be invested for moss handling of money. Very disappointed because something isn’t adding up
